Good location with a number of restaurants and other shopping near by for visiting family/work in the Brossard area (not great for downtown Montreal). Clean. Modern. Attached parking garage (good for bad weather). It is possible to eliminate most of the outdoor walk in bad weather for the restaurants and shopping in the attached outdoor mall.

We are not a fan of rain shower heads; it would be nice if hotels would have both options (or mount the hand-held showerhead so it can be high enough to use while standing). Its a bit of a trek to the parking garage for some, but OK considering you're not out in the snow and ice.

The location and room was fantastic. We loved the large windows and modern feel. Staff were great and the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. We were on the 16th floor, so the view was awesome!

The hotel indicated that it had an EV charger. Although this is "technically correct", they should have mentioned that the parking is shared with the area shopping area, and the EV charger is within the large parking structure, and actually on a different floor within. It is a paid Level 2 charger as well. Not a big deal, but if you were expecting a free overnight charge while parked here like some other hotels, you may be disappointed :)

Clean, pet-friendly, and staffed by very friendly people. It's easy to secure a parking spot, and it's conveniently located near the highway.

1. The parking lot is shared with a shopping center and isn't directly connected to the hotel by an escalator. We have to drop off our luggage at the hotel entrance first before parking. Cart limited at busy check-in and check-out times. 2. Housekeeping service could be improved. Despite requesting a room cleanup around 12 PM, it wasn't done by the time we returned in the evening.

We especially enjoyed the friendliness/helpfulness of the hotel staff. The front desk provided useful tips on what to see in Montreal if you only have 1.5 days. The hotel also hosted a free solar eclipse viewing reception in one of their conference rooms, offering wine and snacks. It turned into a little viewing party with ~20 guests and staff - what a wonderful, unexpected experience. The design throughout the hotel is modern, yet warm and welcoming. Between the lobby and the restaurant/bar ("Cousins") a series of planters are mounted to an interesting "air-rail" and watering system, which almost gives the impression of being in the woods (see pictures). The room was tastefully decorated and equipped with a mini fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle, glasses/cups/plates/bowls/silverware - things that are often missing in other hotels. The bed was super comfortable! They also have a little gym that is accessible 24x7. There is free parking in an underground garage across the street. The location is right next to a very large strip mall, some business buildings, and a freeway. But it's close enough to Montreal city (~25-30min drive). We would definitely consider staying here again.

Can't think of anything.

The view was beautiful, the free parking, the location next to some nice shopping and restaurants and that fact that it was next to a highway and a big supermarket without losing the feeling of a high hotel.

The room was overall very clean but it had this odor to it and it didn’t make the stay as pleasant as it could have been. Almost smelled like an animal or food had been left there for a long time and the smell just wouldn’t go away. Everything was clean though and tidy

The only thing I did not like was the fact that the parking was not directly connected to the entrance of the hotel. That being said, maybe I just did not know where to go from the parking. Since it was late October, it was a bit cold walking outside. I would have prefered a way to go from the parking directly to the entrance. Also, my room 1110 was in front of the stairs and it was saturday night. There was noises all night long until 3 PM. I don't think it was the staff, maybe other travelers, but the door made such noises that it prevented me from falling asleep because people were coming and going none stop at some point.

The room, its amenities, location to shops and restaurants, and convenient parking were all a plus! Staff is very friendly and helpful too! Very nice stay!!

The Cousins restaurant/Bar was very nice but we had wished the menu had a bit more to offer for dinner options. But even at that, it wasn't really counted as a negative. There were so many other restaurant options avalable in the area!

Qty 4 - Free electric charging for EVs on-premises and all of them worked. Free parking and clean, nice-looking rooms that overlooked the city. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The proximity to shopping, food, and outdoor amenities is the best I have ever had at any hotel anywhere.

The bathroom was not closed off and was more of a bath area. The walls did not extend to the ceiling and if you are sharing a room the other person can hear EVERYTHING if they want to or not. In an attempt to be "modern," they had a glass-enclosed shower with a semi-frosted window between the shower and the living area. This means that if your partner/roommate wakes up to use the bathroom it floods the room with light. I would suggest they add a curtain to help with this.

Amazing hotel with large comfortable rooms, great location at the heart of the DIX30 shopping district, staff was polite, efficient and happy to serve the guests, parking was free and next to the hotel, connected by its own tunnel, breakfast at the hotel bar/restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. We had three rooms for the six of us and everyone felt it was one of the best hotels we've ever been to (for this price point). The Escad will be our home going forward when we visit Montreal.

The hotel was modern and was in an excellent location, and the staff's service went beyond expectation. For example, the lifts weren't working, and I had to carry water to my kids' room on the tenth floor. One of the staff offered to carry the water through the stairs to the tenth floor. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but we thank her from the bottom of our hearts. The large, nearby, underground free parking was amazing. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious.

The lifts were slow and often were out of order and not enough for the entire hotel residents. The rooms had a distinctive oder that needed to be rectified.
