Checking in was OK as we were too late for reception but we managed to find the 'house' that was to be our home for 10 days or so. On arrival we found that our room was an upper floor apartment and I have difficulty climbing stairs. However we managed and contacted reception next morning who arranged to move us to lower floor. As I had coped the previous night we decided to stay where we were but staff advised we could change if it became too much, Having a balcony was fantastic for watching the sun go down at night. It was close enough to local facilities for groceries and sightseeing trips with the Mini Chateaux on the doorstep.

There were no ev chargers on site which was a shame but some within 15 minutes drive at the local L.Electric store. McDs also here for last minute snacks. There was no balcony furniture.

This is a holiday home facility made up of 60 building with up to 8 apartments per building. We had a very comfortable studio divided into a dining, lounge (with sofa) and sleeping areas. The apartments are self-catering with cooking facilities, a coffee maker, and a tea kettle, so it's possible to bring supplies to make your own breakfast and dinner if you don't feel like going out. Bring your own washing up equipment. The location is a bit out of town, so guests really do need a car. The facility is in quick (12 minutes or less) driving distance of Chateau Clos Lusé, Chateau d'Ambroise, and Chenonceau. Although the property is large, it was very quiet. There is a lot of grassy areas for children to play, along with a bounce castle and a small pool.

Well equipped apartment, clean, fresh towels and bed linen, swimming pool

Kids’ trampoline works only until 3pm. It would be good to use it in the afternoon, when the temperature is lower, because it’s impossible to use it when it’s too hot. Would be good to have a dryer for clothes. Because there is nothing to hang even the towels or a swimming suit to get it dry. It would be nice to see this place more alive, with the small bar working maybe.

The apartment was a good size the bed and furniture was comfortable and the pool was warm the staff were friendly and responded immediately when we had a problem with the tv

The exterior of the apartment could be improved with refreshing the paintwork and some flowers would look more appealing

Great stay. This was a pleasant surprise as we didn't expect to get such good accommodation .The studio was spacious, clean, well appointed, had all the necessary amenities and more. Staff were nice and accommodating. We only spent a night here and it was too short. Would have loved to stay longer. Would definitely visit again.

Everything was great. One small note for guests here is it's better if you have your own car. As it is a little far from the Amboise city center on foot. It's not anything against the hotel, just be well informed before your reservations.

The room was wide and confortable. The place quite and beautiful.

Breakfast is not worth it, in my opinion is very expensive for what you get. Not even one person of the staff will speak english to you, even if they speak it (same problem in all France). We did the check in italian with a very nice guy. This place is made for french people, if you don’t speak the language, you may get in trouble.

Great location. Apartment setup with a large living room, kitchen and bedroom. Bathroom and shower were in separate rooms which was nice. Shower was nice and hot. Staff was awesome and helped with all of my needs.

Breakfast for two cost 18 euros, but was not worth it. I received a small juice box for each, a small milk box for each, ciabatta bread, a small croissant for each (size of an American roll), two yogurts and a small piece of bread (about half size of a slice of bread). All in, i could have purchased at the local grocery for less than 10 euros.

Great location, closer to Amboise than we expected. We were able to walk into the town quite easily (although would maybe be too far if you had children, or elderly with you). The apartment was spacious & well equipped. Would be great location for groups of friends/family to rent together.

I did not understand that there is a short period of reception being opened and you are supposed to book a ‘late arrival’ if after 18hrs.

Great location for visiting the châteaux of the Loire Valley. Good size rooms. A quiet place.

No wifi in the rooms.

Comfortable room, all necessary facilities. Quiet site. Pool was refreshing, especially when it was quiet. Nice not being cleaned daily - not having to say no to cleaners or asking them to come back later.

Pool was too small when busy. Depends on what time or date you are there I think. There was a metal lip in the doorway which was just the wrong distance for getting the wheelchair into the room easily, so getting in was quite tricky. I had to improvise to fill in the gap.
