Location was prefect for what we needed. Close to the hot springs, beach, and local restaurants. The unit was clean and had ample space for our group.

The mattresses on the bunk beds are a little uncomfortable, but five for 1 night. The beds creaked on the floor boards, too, which was fun when any of us sharing the room had to roll over. Some nice textured rugs would go a long way, but being a holiday rental, I can understand why that's not a popular option.

Great value for money. Nice location, a 7 minute drive to Hot Springs Peninsula which is the reason we chose this hotel. Comfortable and equipped with all neccesary things. Overall, very happy with my stay at this hotel.

Nothing really. Bear in mind that it's an old property so you get what you pay for, but overall in very good condition and well maintained. It'd be good to have power outlets next to the bed sidetables.

Great little spot tucked off main road. Short walk to beach front but seems far away from the main beach front busy street. Great communal garden with simple table and chairs creates a nice community feel. Washing and drying facilities with powder provided was much appreciated and provision of salt, pepper and oil a great touch. Spacious, bright, comfortable for our family of four (two older teenage kids)

If Lawn was mowed would have spent some time outdoor at the backyard with kids.

The apartment was comfortable overall and had everything we needed. Access was easy with a keypad entry. It has a comfortable lounge suite and a six person dining setting. There is a convenent parking space at the front of the apartment. It is close to the beach and Rye shops with many places to eat. Being off the main road made it quiet. We would stay there again.

Complete kitchen amenities including pots, plates, cups,etc which is handy. Bathroom amenities - everything we need, it is available. Cozy lounge which is relaxing when you wanted space to rest. Very spacious bedroom, clean sheets and pillows.

Apartment is old and I guess blinds needs replacement but that's just a minor issue.

We loved the space the apartment provided. When we needed help, we had a direct number to call and got our support from the friendly hosts. The dinning table provided us with plenty of space to play our card and board games too. This location is a short drive away from the Peninsula Hot Springs too.

The bunk beds were quite creaky, we took the pillows from the main room when we did sleep in the bunk beds too. The bathroom is a lil small but had all the required facilities in it.

Homely and clean property. Kids love the courtyard where they were able to just sit on the benches enjoying the sun. Near to shops and beach. Love the games & books incl the folder filled with brochures and discount cards of local shops/services.

Nothing except would prefer if a lighter was also provided rather than just the matches to light the gas stove. Only a few sticks left in the box and I had a bit of difficulty with them, my bad!

From the first steps of walking in, it was exactly like the pictures. We were very happy staying. We stayed with out try daughters, and they were also happy as well. Everything was clean and easily accessible and we will definitely be coming back.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Kitchen was well equipped, beds relatively comfortable, close to everything, little outdated- but all a family needs.

Lots of ants, air conditioning only in lounge (had to sleep with bedroom doors open); very noisy in apartment near front due to road noise, tv antenna cord broken- informed owners.
