I loved that they accommodated our need for a self service breakfast. The breakfast hours were too late based on our early morning tour times in Rome. The room was exactly as we expected and my kids loved the bunk beds. I would've liked to have a few more hangers for our clothes, but I also did not ask if there were more available. The staff was so responsive via WhatsApp and also so friendly in person when we met. We loved the adventure of getting the keys and having the different keys for the doors -- it made it feel like such an adventure! It was very close to the subway station, a grocery store, restaurants, coffee bars and within walking distance from the main train terminal. The breakfast was yummy, having a fridge in room was great, the facility felt safe, the neighbors were quiet, and the AC was wonderful! The elevator for our luggage was a bonus too.

The beds were firmer/harder than we would've liked, but it was a safe, clean place for us to land after long days exploring Rome. Everything else was amazing!

My family, my wife, 11-year-old daughter and I spent 4 nights, the room is not large, but cozy. The center is about 1 kilometer, but there is a metro nearby and 5 minutes to the Colosseum for 1.5 euros. I used to live in Rome and closer to the center, but we were given earplugs at night! and they didn't help much, since there was terrible noise from the road. This hotel has windows overlooking the courtyard and this is a huge advantage! There are several good Italian supermarkets and restaurants nearby, where you need to make a reservation for lunch. because Italians dine there and they are very popular. Also a great park 5 minutes away. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is very helpful. We were even offered to leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out completely free of charge, since we only had to be at Termini 3 hours after check-out! Termini is 1 metro stop away, very convenient.

The property was kept very clean and the staff were extremely polite and friendly. Giorgia was organised and efficient, and Anna was not only a kind hostess but very attentive, effective, and learned guests’ preferences with ease. This is a great location with a very short distance to the Colosseum and around the corner from a major street with restaurants and provisions. An easy mile and a half to key sites this side of the ponte Emmanuel and less than 3 to the Vatican. It is a great, cosy accommodation in a place where space is at a premium.

There’s very little to complain about. Walls are slightly thin so you can hear neighbours a little, but that’s about it, and you’ll find that most places in Rome.

Breakfast was affordable and scrumptious. Very close to the metro. Very close to major landmarks, restaurants, shopping centers. Seemed in a very safe location. There is an elevator available that is actually coveniently fast for luggages and such. Ana was an amazing host. Early luggage drop off was available especially that we came in early.

The private bathroom being in the outside or the room is a bit of an inconvenience because we shared some spaces with 2 other tenants. The locks are very old-fashioned that it takes some serious finagling to lock/unlock them.

The room was cosy, clean, beds were confortable, bathroom well equiped, breakfast was delicious and rich, helping and kindest staff, location: close to metro station, but just 15 min walk to the antient city, nice small restaurants close to guest house, owner sent useful information about everything we needed

The breakfast was poorer each day: first time we had everything mentioned on the site, next day no yogurt, the following day no normal bread, just dry toast, and in the end no eggs

Great location, walking distance to Collessium. The host was excellent and even got an early taxi for us, and provided excellent breakfast for only 10 Euros. Had many amenities. Also, they had an elevator, which is not always common we fouund.

Our bathroom was large and private but not in the room, but it clearly stated that when I booked it.

Very good location. It’s very clean, nice breakfast and nicely maid. Check in was nice and easy. Also you can leave bags the last day and come back later.. nicely done

A bit stuffy when we first arrived. Look from window is not that great / it would nice to have pic for that, but for us it was not an issue! Had a great nights sleep

Fantastic breakfast. Very helpful staff. Good cleanliness and good location. Location is good both for sightseeing of Colosseum and Roman Forum, and as well close to central station transport hub to travel to other places. For example closest to Vatican metro station Ottaviano is on the same metro branch as the nearest to apartment station Vittorio Emanuele II.

Not critically, but sound isolation from neighbors could have been a bit better.

Our stay was quick, so that we couldn´t enjoy the breakfast because we leave the room early. But the host explained everything we needed to know in advance and make everything smooth and enjoyable. Actually we did not saw anybody at our stay but that was major thing in the experience. We felt in home. Thanks.

The bathroom had a funny smell, probably coming out of the bath hole. But nothing to worry about.

We spent a wonderful week in Rome in Double B Ferruccio I. The room looks exactly as in pictures, we got towels and a hairdryer. We could also use a kettle in a kitchen to make tea. The breakfast was delicious (from sweets to eggs and toasts, coffee and juice). The staff was very kind and helpful, especially Ana who made breakfast for us and cleaned our room. The room is very close to Termini station (10/15 minutes walk) and in the same distance to Colosseum. Also the process of check in and out was very easy, because we got the keys from a safe and we could do it on our own. We will definitely come back!
