I have been here before and it was a wonderful experience. This was my first time with the new management and it was pretty good. When we had issues with other visitors being too loud they responded quickly and delt with the problem. We love the jacuzzi tubs and the fact the rooms have microwaves.

They need to post directions on how to use the jacuzzi tub in the king room. It is more complicated than the queen jacuzzi. I spent a few hours trying to figure it out and when we checked in we told many people have complained it doesn’t work but that is because you have to have a high enough water level. I sure that is part of it but the first day it kept saying pair and locked. After playing with it for hours I finally figured it out.

Good location, bed was super comfy and having a firm and soft pillow option was so wonderful!! Really appreciate a good nights sleep after a long day.

Parking with a large pickup truck was a bit tight. The shower head being so tall and unable to move it for a short person was a bit difficult to rinse off my lower half I had to use a cup since the water wouldn’t hit anywhere besides the top of my head.

The location works for our purpose. Ben was absolutely amazing when it came to taking care of us. Thank you so much Ben. Go karts are the bomb.

The unit wasn't totally cleaned. There was food particles around the sink, toaster, kitchen. Also.....in unit 101 there is a wood valance above the bed, right at the headboard area. I hit my head twice before I slept with my head at the other end where your pillows fall off the bed. please fix that.

Check in and out was lightning fast. Room was big. Jacuzzi worked well. Dual sinks in bathroom area. Paper towels and toilet paper was high quality which is never the case. Gift basket was wonderful. Fireplace was a nice touch. Cable was top notch for a Motel

I wish there was an ac or at least a fan in the room. It gets so warm with all the hot water in the Jacuzzi etc. or even more openable windows.

It could have been cleaned better. There was leftover garbage all over. And the coffee pot wasn’t washed. Like it was on a hurry to be cleaned but other than that it was ok. Except for the child running back and forth all morning. O and the curtains could be darker. Some people don’t like sunlight salty. lol.

The room was great, very comfortable and had a nice cabin feel to it. Very clean. The lady who checked us in was awesome. Very friendly.

Booking.com said that this hotel was only 6 miles from Ocean Shores, WA, where I was attending a convention. When I got to the hotel, I realized it was actually an hour drive to Ocean Shores! This was very frustrating and misleading! The room was non-fundable, so I had to drive an extra hour each way every day to the convention I thought I was only going to be 6 miles away from. Very bad on bookings part.

The fact that it was so close to town. Behind the inn is a baseball field and park it was great for our family.

I loved the helpful staff, and our whole family was able to stay together and make great memories.

I love how it is just a short drive to everything and I was nice and clean. Staff are very friendly. Definitely come back!!

We loved the stay! The room was VERY clean! It Gave a homey vibe. We enjoy the private hot tub, the shower was very nice We loved how spacious it was!

The sheets were itchy and we were a little bummed about no ice machine but it sounds like it's on the way!

Close to the pier, allowed us to use their huge crab pot and grill do boil the crab we caught, room was spacious and clean.

Shower head was a bit high for me at 5'6, not a big deal though!
