I loved everything about my stay at this hotel. From the comfort to the exceptional service and attention to detail, every aspect exceeded my expectations. Accommodation: My room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, offering all the comforts I needed for a relaxing stay. Hotel good for the price, but I have reservations about a few points that are not listed on booking - namely the spa area 30 minutes from the hotel, the breakfast room is also different. Coffee from the coffee machine for breakfast is additionally payable, only coffee from a sachet was free, which did not resemble coffee. The staff saved the stay, especially Hamza - the most helpful person I have ever met, he helped us many times, he deserves special praise 🩷

After conducting research, I selected The Bostanci Hotel. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment. The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time i walked in the door. They were also able to recommend places to get any meal that i needed. I highly recommend it!

The good facilities.

Everything was good just i didn’t like two things the fact that although they have two lifts they had only the one lift in operation i don’t know why and as we were a lot of people we have to wait a lot of time for the lift to come because a lot of people they were using the one lift. The second thing was the fact that although it was written that we can use freely the sauna, when i was using the responsible person told me that i have to do reservation. Nowhere was written that we have to make reservation.

I had a very positive impression of my stay in the room. I liked absolutely everything in principle. I highly recommend it and I think I would stay here again.

It's not very close to the metro. This could be a problem only if you have very heavy luggage. If that's not an issue, then it's not too far to walk from the metro. There are rusty stains on the ceiling from a previous water leak. I would just like some cosmetic repairs to be done in the bathroom.

In my opinion, the place where the hotel is situated perfect, not far from the underground, unfortunately lack of people’s English we have spent whole 1 hour to attempt to find it, (we have not had internet) in addition personal who works in the reception does not know English, it is arduous to inquire and clarify something. Generally everything is ok not bad. Room is tidy, clean. Personals are helpful, polite as well as kind.

The front desk and overall staff are really helpful. Free upgrade to bigger room despite booking.com description was confusing. Frint desk Ayhan bey has been very helpful as well as Ece Hn. This was my second visit owing to their quality of service. Free car park was also useful

The surroundings are quite so you can actually rest being close to the seaside. The staff was correct, they helped me in my request and the manager was super nice

Breakfast… if you’re used to European breakfast I highly don’t recommend to buy it here, for that money you find another place with good coffee not instant one
