The friendly and professional staff. I requested a coffee maker in my room and the gentleman at the desk told me he would bring one to my room shortly. He brought it in less than five minutes along with enough coffee packets, real coffee mugs instead of Styrofoam and spoons. The place had many others checked in but, it was very quiet. The rooms was very clean and comfortable.

I found nothing wrong about this place.

Breakfast is packaged muffins and such. "Grab and Go." Coffee was fresh, though. I was there less than 24 hours and witnessed it being made 4 different times in passing. The staff were really helpful and pleasant.

Upon arrival, my window was open and I needed help to close it. But after it was closed, I realized why it may have been open. Room had a musty odor. But for one night, NYE, it was do-able.

We stayed here a couple days while visiting family, and will likely make this our regular hotel for extended visits. Good value, quiet location, easy to find... Worked out well for us. They have a small "grab and go" breakfast which was great for us when all we needed was coffee and a granola bar. Staff was pleasant.

It was easy to find and close to the IWU campus. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice.

The refrigerator in our room was really and the water pressure wasn’t the greatest. Bathroom needs a few updates but all in all it was a good stay.

Staff was absolutely amazing, very professional, kind and patient. Facility was clean but had a bit of a smell.

Zack at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating!

The water smells and tastes terrible but we realize it is not hotels fault.

We liked the location- easy to get to the university.

Our AC unit didn’t cool the room down as we expected.
