Well designed spaces and facilities, great staff. Good location. Cozy room size was ok for one person, for two it's not big enough after two days. Similar layout to Citizen M rooms.

Daily housekeeping was sloppy. They forgot to replenish water, left dirty mugs in the sink, didn't clean the WC, and didn't make the bed more than once.

The hotel is located close to the BTS, about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The room is not big, but the bed is good. The room has all the basic appliances. There are enough sockets and USB sockets at the bedside. There is a free cup of tea and coffee every day, which can be redeemed at the restaurant on the 2nd floor. The cleaning staff cleans the room every day, but sometimes they forget to include a bath towel. There are some restaurants close to the hotel, so if you don't want to have breakfast in the hotel, you can go to a nearby restaurant, but the price is not affordable. There is a 永和豆漿（but not the restaurant we thought it would be) a short walk away, and a massage parlor next to the hotel, which is reasonably priced and does a good job.

Everything, but mostly value for money. The hotel is nice, modern, and cozy. The staff are just wonderful people, full of energy and intention to provide a meaningful experience. The breakfast is very good, combining local and global food. The neighborhood has good international restaurants and is close to a metro station. For people keen to walk, it is safe to walk from there to the main attractions, but transportation is also very affordable. I won´t think twice about booking this hotel if I go back to the city.

Nothing, for the very first time.

I had an EXCELLENT stay at ASAI. Everything from the friendly and helpful staff to the location to the functional and pristine spaces – it felt like a home away from home. It was my first stay in BKK and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice of hotel. Aus and Mee of the cafe were fantastic in making me feel welcome and comfortable when I was waiting for the check in time after a long flight. Room was tighter than your usual hotel but very efficient in the use of space, so you really don’t need more. Smart TV was a cool addition – I ate many a meals in bed watching my favorite shows. It was also pretty quiet at night and got really great sleep – the king bed was sooo comfy. Room cleaning was done without fail every day. I also got to meet the manager Vas who was on top of it – and even offered me a complimentary meal! Will definitely come back again.

If there’s a way to turn off or block the small light from the smoke alarm and AC, it will be better for sleep. Also post breakfast times in the room. Shower curtain is light and sometimes cling to you in hot showers, and water sometimes gets out at corners. Would be good to have that weighted down.

Clean room, friendly staff. The hotel has very nice lobby and L2 where it serves breakfast. On L2, a versatile table which is a pool table (we played pool), converted to table with breakfast spread in the morning. Once we chanced upon guests playing table tennis on the same table. Ingenious, 3 in 1 table. Nice latte, coffee, tea and biscuits are served on L2. Hotel is near to station, market and 711. During the day, there are many vendors selling street food from stalls near hotel.

Double bed - it’s difficult for the guest sleeping on the inner side to get out of the bed as 3 sides of the bed are placed agst the wall. The walls of the room are not sound proof.

Location is few minutes walk to BTS Saint Louis and nearby 7-Eleven. Quiet at night so I had a good rest. The room is decent size, comfortable, and CLEAN. I noticed that they vacuum the corridors everyday which was nice. Excellent value for money. Staff are professional, attentive, and polite. Special thanks to the staff who checked me in, who checked me out and helped with my luggage, and also the concierge boy outside who also helped with my luggage. Check in and checked out was easy.

Great location - BTS station close by, great restaurants in the close proximity to the hotel, Friendly and helpful staff, Room was nice and clean - yes room is not the biggest but definitely not claustrophobic as some are describing it in the reviews, Tasty breakfasts - moderate variety, always fresh fruits and pastry, great miso soup, Nice bar - a bit on the pricey side but with happy hour 1+1 free drink it's a good deal, Gym - adequate - 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, 1 bike, free weights(dumbbells) up to 20kg Surprisingly great soap and shampoo. I never thought I will mention soap and shampoo in the review but here it is :)

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had enough variety with healthy options. Excellent room design in terms of plugs, hooks, and lights. Great location-- lots to walk to plus it's near the sky train.

The only flaw I noticed is the design of the entryway to each room. The room door has a one inch gap with the floor and it is a hard floor right at the entryway of the room. This means that anytime anyone even opens their door or makes any little sound in the hallway, it echoes into your room.... On the plus side, at least there was no noise from traffic

The room was extremely comfortable, I slept so well here which was needed after long days of sightseeing. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful, even going to the point of helping us plan our days and giving advice on times to get to certain locations to see them at their best. They also checked in with us to ask how our day was and if we enjoyed what we saw. 2/3 minute walk from a 7eleven which was helpful.Lovely breakfast, varied options each morning,I would definitely stay here again.

Close to the train for public transpo. The reception area is high tech. Nice aesthetics in the place. There are a lot of restaurants and some cafes in the area. I even think the area is quite hippie. The bed and the quilts are comfy and soft. Staff are nice and friendly. Overall for the price and location I will consider rebooking here.

- I think the signage is small. Sometimes the taxi/cab will have a hard time finding it or misses the place - Quite small but I expected that. - Sometimes there’s a urine stench coming from the bathroom. I suspect it’s coming from the drainage.
