The hotel location is super near to the train station and bus stop is just front of hotel for us to take direct bus to New Chitose airport. This is super convenient for us to travel around and easy access to any places. Only walking distance Susukino street and Nakajima Park. The prices is well worth with very nice breakfast who likes beef and sashimi.

The hot water at the hotel lobby downstairs only available at limited hours, it will be great if can supplied 24 hours. But I boiled hot water using kettle inside my room.

Very great BF, clean room, good location close to Subway Nakajima Koen station, near park, near 2 Lawson, lot of welcome drink. Finally Airport bus is just 150 m from the hotel and it first stop (never full) we have no need to carry our luggages so far.

Toilet was a bit smelly but acceptable, hotel may need to put deodorize. It probably help.

The location is convenient, one stop away from central and the park just at corner. The breakfast was not as expected since claimed as top 4 of Japanese. Might just put too high expectation.

The breakfast can get very crowded and people can talk very loudly. There are no details info about hotel facilities and staffs did not do instruction, I will need to work out how to use laundry etc by self, also was put into lower level of building, could not see much of city

- Location less than 2 mins away from Nakajima Park (Nakajima Koen) station - The room is slightly bigger than in many other major cities in Japan, and this includes the bathroom. Nice to have a bathroom where I can’t reach the door with my hand from the bathtub - It is within walking distance to various eateries and convenience stores, so your food options are endless - It is one station away from Susukino, so you are not that far from the heart of Sapporo’s entertainment centre, but also not in the middle of it, which is good for me as I’d prefer a quiet and less busy area where I’m going to sleep - They have the best breakfast options in all of hotel I’ve ever stayed in Japan. If you stayed more than one night, I suggest to give it a try at least once. For only ¥2,000 (price as of 2023), you’ll get both Japanese and Western options. And don’t forget the desserts!

Nothing really in particular

Love everything, from the hotel staff to the facilities. Child friendly and very near to Metro station. Nakajima Park was just opposite the hotel and my kid love the snow play and ice sliding at no cost.

Nothing I can think off

totally satisfied with this hotel: dedicated man-to-man service, clean and spacious room conditions. And it was totall affordable. Amenities were overall of high quality and abundance despite self-service providence. Neiborhood attractive spot Nakajima park is a good place for exercising in the morning and enjoying winter vibes of Hokkaido :)

a bit away from popular city centre areas like Susukino, Oodori, and JR Sapporo station, but the location is very attractive since it's silent for stays

Very convenient location, right by the Nakayama Koen subway stop and the park is beautiful! Only a short walk to Susukino, Noria, a little bit of a longer walk to Stellar Place and Odori Koen but not unmanageable! Room was great, clean, lots of amenities available, such as bath powders and lotions downstairs, and breakfast was amazing but really crowded.

Very crowded but that's not the hotel's fault!

The hotel location is great. It's across the street of Nakajima Park exit 1 and the New Chitose airport bus stop is right outside of the hotel. It was an easy walk to Susukino and the famous ramen street. The hotel breakfast was as advertised. The room is kind of basic but sufficient for a comfortable stay.

The room and bed are comfy. The breakfast buffet are excellent beyond expectation, sashimi were so fresh everyday, the beef yakiniku are tender and so many choices for everyone to choose

The room is a bit small for 4 people to stay in the room for 3, we have to switch open the luggages

Very easy to get to from the airport. Very close to subway station Close to convenience stores and main central shopping area. Good facilities and breakfast Staff were friendly and nice

One of the staff got a bit annoyed when I asked too many questions. Overall, they were all friendly and helpful.
