The location was stunning. The grounds were picturesque and provided a tranquil environment to relax. We equally loved the spa facilities. They provided a perfect environment to relax from day to day life with a sauna, steam room, two hot tubs and a refreshing swimming pool. We would add that the room exceeded our expectations with a lovely bathroom and a cleanly environment that was ideal for a romantic trip away. Do check out the restaurant as well - the pork belly was top notch! (Bonus, the staff are super friendly too and all for a great price.)

The hotel itself is lovely, if a little dated. Breakfast was decent. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. The spa was very relaxing and the outside area is beautiful.

Dinner service extremely slow, although the food was good. The young girls in the restaurant were trying their best to give the service expected. The bar is a shambles, young staff not trained even close to 4* standards… the worst gin & tonic presentation I have ever seen in my life for the grand price of £16 - utterly shocking. A member of staff walking around in spa slippers and eating and smoking very openly around guests was a little odd.

Very classic English breakfast with great quality. Served hot and refilled promptly. It's worth mentioning the gym in particular, which is very professional. There is an aerobic area upstairs in the spa center, and next to the parking lot, there is a separate area (with both indoor and outdoor sections, and a natural lake where you can swim). Driving to the outlets is also very convenient. I feel like you could easily stay at the hotel for a few days, shop, play some sports, work out, and enjoy a spa treatment.

We stayed at the hotel for three days, and the breakfast was exactly the same every day. We hope there can be some variation in the selection.Rooms in the UK are generally smaller, but other than that, there are no drawbacks.

The spa was a real gem. Spotlessly clean and offering a range of top-notch treatments, it was the perfect place to unwind and relax. The serene environment and professional staff made it a rejuvenating experience that we’ll cherish. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their genuine warmth and attentiveness added a personal touch that made our holiday truly special. Traveling with our furry friend was a breeze thanks to Hotel’s dog-friendly policies. Our dog was treated like a VIP guest, received a a giftbox with collapsible bowl, toy, blanket and poop bag. It’s rare to find a hotel that caters so well to pets, and this was a huge plus for us.

Staying here with friends, we both had our dogs with us. Dog beds and water bowls were provided along with a welcome pack which included dog toy, Poo bags and folding water bowl. Room was lovely and large with a seating area, plus doors to a patio area that would be great to sit out in the summer. Bed was comfortable and room lovely and clean. toiletries provided. Get full use of Pool, sauna, steam room, gym and classes during your stay. Towels are provided. Breakfast was excellent with numerous choices at the buffet, we were able to take our breakfast into the bar area as we had dogs with us. Bar food in the evening was all freshly cooked and excellent quality and portions. We would definitely visit again.

Lovely accommodation and facilities. The reception and room staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and great value for money.

Only downside was the restaurant experience. The meals took a long time to arrive and the drinks we ordered when we ordered our meal never arrived at all. We reminded the waiter about the drinks and even though he said he would sort them out, they still didn't arrive. It was only when I complained that they arrived - the drinks were removed from the bill. The food was very good.

Prior to arrival, I called with a few questions, staff were knowledgeable and assisted me in booking afternoon tea and emailed me confirmation. Very warm and welcoming arrival, staff were helpful and friendly with clear information given regarding use of facilities, service times and breakfast options and location. Room was pleasant, spacious and cleaned to a high standard with a nice welcome note from the housekeeping team. On-site facilities were very good with clean changing room, easy to use lockers and towels provided. The sauna and spa was a real treat and additional pools were used.

The option to “cast” to TV from a device was given but not working, although after the relaxing sauna it was not missed and we did fine without it. The afternoon tea was disappointing, whilst the staff were very welcoming, I found the option to be overpriced for the result. The sandwiches were stale, all the cakes except for the scones (which were lovely) were not to the expected standard. For the price paid, I expected better products, as this was a gift to my wife, I did not want to discuss my dissatisfaction at the time and ruin what was otherwise a wonderful experience at the hotel and spa.

Lovely property and smooth, friendly checkin.. We liked the outside garden courtyard with access from the ground floor rooms in the summer. The pool and both Jacuzzis were excellent and changing facilties were spacious. Pleased to have two tub chairs in our room which was a bit bland but the bedding was like sleeping on a cloud - especially after the swimming pool and a meal in the bar... The breakfast was terrific! Great choices - loved the sausages and bacon and choice of eggs..and good coffee. Great location for a visit to Bicester Village. Next time we plan to explore the gym.

Plastic toilet seats in our bathroom! 'Special promotion' of mushroom risotto in the bar was possibly a half portion - it was eaten in moments! The lighting in the main pool was a bit dark paired with the red walls. Uplighting the pillars could improve the atmosphere and could offer more lounge areas if better lit

The bed and linen was all very clean and comfy. Felt like a bed from home rather than a hotel. The front desk staff were lovely, remembered us as guests and what we had planned for the day and the cleaning team were very nice too! We had dinner in their restaurant and was shocked at how tasty the food was and not expensive. My husband liked the golf range too!

Check in was a bit of a mess with organisation. Rather than checking in, we were told to take a seat and wait to be called up. Felt a bit put off rather than an instant welcome but once checked in all was much better. The hotel is nice, short taxi from Bicester Village (£10) and I would return but the hotel and facilities need updating. It looks tired - needs modernisation! Breakfast Coffee was not nice tho!

Room was well equipped with hot shower. Spa facilities were very good. Self serve breakfast was hot and all plentiful. Free parking too. 5 minute drive to Bicester village.

Too many children in the spa messing around, a lot of stains on corridor carpets. Also only 3 small prawns on the starter in the restaurant was stingy for what you pay. Worst part was reception phoning my room to say we are going to have to charge you for a massage I never got, even though I was looking forward to it. I requested it for 5pm, but reception said they hadn’t confirmed it and were now fully booked so i missed out, to be then phoned and told we’re going to have to charge you. In the end they knew they were at fault and I never paid anything, not to most ideal way to start your break!
