The beds and rooms were very clean! Clean rooms and great hospitality are what makes a stay comforting- and it had both! We also felt very safe. We are moving back down to the south and have all of our belongings strapped in the bed of the truck and were worried about it, until we talked with Betty at the Front Desk. She told us that several cops patrol the area, and that the area was very safe. She was right! We will now look for Holiday Inn/Express every stop! Betty also set us up with the IHG membership so we can start to collect points :) 10/10 recommend

Breakfast was not available other than thru the restaurant

Upon our arrival there was not a room assigned to us. They could see our reservation through Booking.com but Holiday Inn itself did not have a reservation for us. It took 40 minutes for them to fix this. Don’t think we’ll book through Booking.com again.

The hotel looks new. It has a huge open parking space. The lobby is open and welcoming. They even have bar and restaurant on-site. Amazing mountain view! Easy access to hwy 25. Quiet area and less busy but still near town. They provide breakfast. Never got the chance to eat because we had to leave early for exploring parks.Room assigned to us is huge with high ceiling and a big open window. Nice room layout. Fixtures and furnitures are new. We appreciate the kitchenette and office set up. Beds are comfortable. Linens sre soft and silky. Good room lighting. Carpet is clean. Separate tile and carpet area. Bathroom was spacious and the sink counter too. Towels are soft and fluffy.   Wifi was strong.  Modern electrical ports and USB ports. Huge windows that we partially open to enjoy the mountain breeze.  They have sanitizers ready outside.

TV remote was a bit complicated to set up. Refrigerator was unplugged and a bit stinky. It need to air out or some deodorizer. Then we realized why it was unplugged in the first place. It was loud.🙄 but not as loud as the bathroom vent which rattles our brain. Problem is, the bathroom lights and vent are in the same switch.Sigh. Why would you do that? We can't turn on the light without our brains getting rattled by the loud noise from the vent. Hurts our head. 

The location the restaurant and the staff were great. I believe a $50.00 pet fee is ridiculous.

The $50,00 prt fee. And people were not picking up after there pets. Pet waste was on the sidewalk and in the side door way.

This is a nice hotel with easy access to the interstate without being right on the interstate. It was quiet and accessible to open spaces, gas stations, and restaurants. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.

Relatively new hotel in outskirts of casper near highway, gas and market across the street, they were super accommodating about late checkout

The bed was really uncomfortable and slumping in the middle. Mattress was worn out and should have been replaced long before our stay there.

My room was amazing. Property was beautifully taken care of.

The kids in the room above me running around their room till 4am each night but that is not the hotels fault.

We stay here whenever we go visit family and the staff is always super nice, the rooms are always clean and comfortable.

We got vouchers for breakfast so we went to the restaurant one morning and the lady working didn’t have the best attitude and the breakfast is just ok.
