Great for families - travelled with a 10,12,13 and 18 year old. All had a great time. Other guests were pretty awful - dropping food on floor, taking LOADS AND NOT EATING IT - so wasteful . Good selection of food for vegetarians. Food overall was good and plenties of it no sign of running out. Did get crowded but ok if you avoid peak times Water park is AMAZING. Our second visit and we will come back - don’t worry about bad reviews - most of the negative points about the hotel are from other guests - it’s a clean hotel with friendly staff and a decent selection of food and drink.

The entertainment was later than we would have liked - bingo and quiz good fun but 10-11pm too late for 10/11 year olds who are going to wake up at 0630 regardless of what time they go to bed! Shame we couldn’t be nearer the rest of the family but felt pretty safe walking between rooms at night.

The children loved the pool which was sadly the only thing enjoyable about this holiday.

Raw meat was prepared alongside the cooked food. Towards the end of the holiday myself and my husband became quite poorly, my husband tested positive for Campylobacter and Norovirus. I tested positive for Covid and E-coli. The hotel was not very clean and on the last day when stripping the beds we discovered the sheets were mouldy. Queues were huge and unnecessary in the bars and restaurants due to staff shortages, staff were rude and not very nice.

The pools were great for the kids

The rooms were dated, the resort wasn’t very clean with food left out in the open. The constant queuing for food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was exhausting so we ended up eating out for the majority of the stay. The food was the same most days, quite flavourless as mass produced. Very old plastic cups for all drinks gave them an odd taste, wine area in the bar shacks were covered with flies a lot of the time. Reception staff and bar staff were friendly but kitchen staff/cleaners were very brisk.

Food was good and they had good entertainment for kids from morning till night

Rooms were dirty and a-lot of ants, food areas were chaotic and dirty, manly due to the clientele and not having enough staff to clean up in between dining. Pool area was dirty, still had cups and rubbish from the day before etc. and toilets were dirty, not cleaned often enough.

Nice pool cleaned every day plenty of kids activities
