The Hotel is very nice and new. The rooms are well equipped, the shower is amazing. The bed is comfortable and the size of the room is totally fine. There is free water, coffee and tea throughout the whole day. The hotel is clean and the rooms smell very nice and fresh. The AC is not too strong and rather quiet. In general the hotel has rather thin walls so that you sometimes hear what is happening in the hallway. All of the guests when we stayed in the hotel were very quiet though. No Partys or gatherings. The breakfast has an amazing variety, also good for vegetarians. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The check-in is easy as it's done beforehand online, you will just receive a code for the door, there is no reception. Communication with the hotel is fast and easy, we just texted through whatsapp. There is a supermarket right infront of the hotel and plenty of free parking spots up and down the road (note that there is no dedicated parking for hotel guests though). From the hotel you can reach the beach within 10 minutes. Please be aware that the town itself basically has nothing- no nice restaurants, no bars. You will always need to drive, I highly recommend only picking this hotel if you have a car.

Modern accomodation with no-contact checkin/checkout/entry. Excluding negatives mentioned below - our stay was great, nice location in a central part of the island, perfect hub for trips. Nice breakfast, coffee and cold watter available during a day. Nice area to sit/eat outside by a little swimming pool.

On a relatively loud street (in comparison with other in the town/village) - we had a street window. No chairs/place to sit in a room. And our room was dorectly next to the “service room” where brealfast is prepared early in the morning (we were woken up daily around 7:30 by a noice).

The property looks new and beautiful. It is in a very small village where there’s nothing to do, so if you’re looking for a place where you can disconnect it’s perfect. The outside area is really nice and the room is comfortable and clean. No noises, really relaxing. Breakfast is included.

It might get hard to move around easily if you don't have a car. I had to rely on the bus, and although the public transportation is efficient, the frequency is limited and the island is big. Also, the outside pool is small, so if you arrive late people might be there already and there are not enough sunbeds for everyone.

Stayed the first week in August in this beautiful quiet new hotel in a poolside room. We were greeted the first morning by Maria and Maria (Mar) who looked after us all week. Thank you Maria for our special suprise the first day, you were so kind and you made us both feel so special x. Thank you Mar for looking after us every breakfast, anything we requested you would be there to help with your beautiful smile, thank you so much x.Rooms were impeccably clean as is the whole hotel. Breakfast was fresh and plenty always available including fresh bread from the bakery every day. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful village, adults only and very quiet, we had the pool to ourselves most days. Recommend a car as there are some great local beaches 10-15 minutes away and some great local restaurants. Village square and church are beautiful and a good local bus service is available from the square. Well done on a beautiful refurbishment with natural stone, modern with an old twist great value for money. Thank you so much for a beautiful holiday. Alan & Cathy x.

Nothing, everything was perfect !

Beautiful building, loved the high ceilings in the room and the decor, the courtyard around the pool is lovely. Most of all the host/manager was incredible. Genuine friendly service always smiling she really made the stay so much more enjoyable with her energy. Went out of her way to accommodate a late check out for me which I really appreciated. The hotel is beautiful, the town is pretty, quiet and not touristy which is exactly what I like.

There's no parking so you will need to find a space on the street. This was always possible but you may need to walk for a few minutes. Wasn't an issue for me but might be for some. The room I was in, room 2. Could use some additional lighting as it's quite dark.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The entire hotel is brand new and beautifully designed, with well-equipped, comfortable rooms. The staff were incredibly helpful and created a warm, familiar atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh options. Located in a quiet area, it's perfect for relaxing and exploring the surroundings by car. A beautiful beach is just a 10-minute drive away. This hotel is a true hidden gem, and we can't wait to return :)

The staff are absolutely wonderful and made us feel very welcome. Everything is new, modern and well kept. Santa Margalida is a very cute village to be based in to explore Mallorca, although a bit far from most beaches.

The soundproofing isn’t amazing due to a gap underneath the door. This is mostly true for the bedrooms on the ground floor. Be advised your room might face the road and have two single beds joined together, which for a couples property (the only type of guest they seem to have) is weird.

The Hotel was great! A small, lovely location. Always clean, the staff was always friendly and helpful! Online Check-In worked great together with the room codes. Breakfast was delicious, there was always fresh fruit and warm Croissants! Would definitely recommend!

The only very tiny „problem“ was the fact that there are only 5 deck chairs.

Really nice and relaxing stay in this charming little hotel. Beautiful design and aesthetics, tasty breakfast…fresh water and coffee available all the time. Super nice staff.

This little town has no life really unfortunately…only one decent restaurant at the main square, nothing to do in the evening…it is really just for spending your nights.

The property is really nice and clean, very well maintained with attention to details which is a big plus. The location of the property is in a little town - if you want to stay in a quiet place, this is it. The nearest beach is only 10 minutes away by car (you really need to rent a car to discover all the beautiful beaches and places around). The staff is very nice and friendly! :)
