The view outside the hotel is stunning—it almost feels like being in the Netherlands for a moment. The hotel staff are very friendly and provide excellent service. During our stay in late July, the hotel hosted a summer event with activities like marble scooping, ring toss, and roasting marshmallows. The kids had a great time and really got to experience the fun of a Japanese summer festival. However, there aren't many tourist attractions in the immediate area. There's a place called NOBOLT right across the street, which is quite fun. One minor downside is that the room interior feels a bit dated.

Distance from everything else is a bit far but there is a shuttle bus that takes you to the central area (Hakta Gion and Tenjin) in about 40 minutes!

Staff were excellent each time we interacted, helped call taxis, etc and provided top notch customer service. The view was great and room was comfortable, much larger than others we stayed in during our trip.

The location was pretty far from everything, even though it was expected. Would be nice if the hotel offered a shuttle service to/from Hakata station. We ended up taking a taxi everyday, though it wasn't as expensive as doing so in a larger city like Tokyo.

Big room with nice view. All staff are so nice, they prepare the birthday snack and some craft paper in the room for my little daughter. For the lounge, kid is not allowed to enter after 9pm. 9pm-11pm for adult only. For the first day when we arrived hotel for check in was about 9:30pm, my little daughter was upset coz she noted that she could not walk around in the lounge. The staff noticed about that, he got some donuts and candies from the lounge and gave it to my kid, we felt so warm and so much appreciated how they care the feeling of the guests.

An excellent harbour view resort in Japan worth of what we paid, staffs were very helpful and friendly, even though it is not stylish but it's really my cup of tea in staying at this comfy Japanese resort. We stayed here for 2 nights with enjoyable moments and shopping experience cos' shopping outlets is just at next door. Breakfast was our another talking point, we very appreciate the in-room breakfast service, of course the taste & varieties were so so good in both Japanese & western styles. Property exterior painting & interior carpet needs major upgrade. All stores around were closed. In fact, the entire mall next to the resort was out of business.

they bring your breakfast to your hotel room. I personally like buffet better. But still, the breakfast was nice. Getting to the city center by bus takes a while. Depending on the time you need to walk a bit to the next bus stop.

The hotel is in a nice area but a bit away from the central city there is buses to the subway or al the way in to town but i takes about 45 min. The view from the rooms are amazing and the rooms are large and have a lovely balcony.

If you stay as long as we did you get a bit tired of the breakfast due to that its the same every day (due to that it´s served at the rooms and not a buffé)

The view from the room is beautiful, can catch the sunrise every morning... most toiletries are provided but it'll be good to include body lotion/ moisturiser

The bed is not very comfortable, the wooden frame is a hazard - knocked on it many times

I like the veranda, the sea view and the sunrise super 😍 beautiful everything inside the room is very good the bathtub, the bed is very comfortable.. the staff is very kind.. most of all I request a birthday plate cake to my husband it was so good 😊…the breakfast is delicious, takibi lounge is superb we enjoyed specially my husband.
