The room smell like coco butter lotion the whole time which was pleasant. I like that you have to badge to get past the lobby to the elevator and hotel facilities.

The wifi setup only allows one device to be used. Any additional devices required more money which was new compared to other hotels

Economy ES with extremely friendly (and hilarious) staff who will help you out in a pinch and well appointed rooms for the money - don't expect the Ritz at an economy ES and you'll be just fine here

Good for long term stay.

I was unhappy with how Management dealt with my leaving early. I booked for a whole month and then cut it short. They did not handle it well and I ended up paying for many nights that I didn’t actually stay at the hotel. On top of that, they said it wouldn’t be an issue, but it ended up being an issue. Had I not stayed on top of it, I would have probably paid for the entire month without actually being there.

The room was clean. There was a full refrigerator, a two burner flat cooktop and a microwave in the room. It felt secure. You needed to use your key to badge into the inside hallway from the rear doors, side doors and the lobby. The people at the front desk were pleasant and informative.

I enjoyed the privacy and it was very comfortable. The staff was helpful when needed.

It was noisy being on the main floor and because of the weather, we lost wifi a few times and the TV went out. Not a big deal though because it came back on within twenty minutes.

On-site laundry at a good price. Nice shower design and glass doors. Enjoyed the hot water very much. Loved the kitchen setup, laundry basket and epic closet system. Staff was excellent and helpful. Building is clean.

The bed and pillows sucked.... the shower needed a better clean and the towels were very cheap. Horrible shampoo and soap.

I really like how secure the property was as a young solo traveler I felt more comfortable when I saw the security and so did my parents.

The only con I would have would be in my room the electricity cut out at like 12 am which was pretty scary plus the front had closed but the staff accommodated me and helped.

The woman at the front desk stayed to wait for my late arrival and was extremely kind about it. I had pulled over extremely tired on a road trip by myself and I needed the room last moment. She went the extra mile to wait up past the time required of her. Thanks.

I love bathtubs in my rooms instead of showers but everything else was spotless.
