The food is average but the bed is awesome comfort and the bathroom is squeaky clean. Air-conditioning is cool with no humidity at all.

Being checked in after some guests checked in ahead who arrived later than us. Also, paid for a replaced hotel key when you have already lost it, stressed about it. Other hotels just replace your hotel room card easily once you are identified without any hassle and payment. Also, we were asked to open our luggage being "accused" that we have many insects inside our luggage. Apparently, they found none after opening it but we just cooperated with the hotel manager since he was polite and mean well not to offend us. He handled the situation well.

Located nearby Pratunam market & Platinum mall, 10mins away by walking. 7E nearby hotel. A lot of massage shop nearby too. They provide shuttle to certain point but only for 1 way. They won’t fetch you back to the hotel.

I almost like the hotel. Keep on complimenting the hotel on the day 1 we arrived. Everything was fine except we need to pay to use the iron. It’s fine for me to go down at level 2 the laundry room to use the iron. But we need to pay 1 bhat for 30 seconds or 20bhat for 10mins. This is my first time ever that i need to pay to use an iron. And extra 1000 bhat if you want to early check in although the room are available earlier.

Hotel manager was quick to provide solution. My family room does not have a black out curtain, which was my main issue as I have young kids who needs to take a nap, and will be woken up at 7am due to the brightness in the room. Escalated to the manager, and he managed to find a solution immediately the next day - and installing a curtain for us. Superb service by the hotel manager!

The family rooms should have installed black out curtain in the first place for better sleep and rest for the guests. Strangely, the desk mentioned that no one has requested for that before and is all fine sleeping in a bright room!

The staff is super friendly, they have a drive you into the neighborhood service free of charge, the main shopping possibilities are all at walking distance, like the Paladium mall and the Bayoke market and nightarket. Plenty restaurants with good food nearby as well

The breakfast ibuffet s good but could be a bit more extensive, the given pillow will not be everyone's choice, it would be better to have extra pillows on the bed for comfortable choices.

Staffs were really helpful and friendly. Approachable to provide recommendation. Tuk tuk drop off at locations, spare our legs from walking even more. Great service, recommended.

Clean, spacious, staff are always smiling, everyday they are cleaning the room, with free shuttle and breakfast. They even have breakfast box in case your flight will be early and you cannot stay for the buffet breakfast

There are mosquitos, a little far from main road but walkable and shuttle is there

Location is near Phaya Thai station (airport rail link), but still about a 15 minute walk over uneven streets and alleys so with luggage it's a little challenging. The hotel has all the basics you need as a base of operations to explore Bangkok.

The distance to the nearest BTS stations is still at least 10 minutes on foot. The facilities are quite basic for the price.

i like the room which is spacious, and the location of the hotel was near and easy to get to nearest market or 7-11. essentially a prime location to everywhere, and super safe. the breakfast was okay but it did not have many options for muslim travellers.

i didnt like about the one access card policy because it was hot when i was back from outside. no ac after going out.

Location was great. Staff very helpful and friendly. Place was simple and basic but all necessary things you need to a short trip is provided. Near 711 Near massage parlors Near platinum mall and Pratunam market Further but walkable to Central World

Breakfast spread was limited and there wasn’t any free transport or tuk tuk like others but it was okay for us.
