The staff was very friendly and allowed us to store our luggage since we arrived before the check-in time. Our room was clean and very spacious. What made everything easier was the website they have where you can unlock your room door and front-door with. So no more keys or cards to lose. And the price was great as well!

The only “downside” was the walking distance to the city center, but we knew that when we booked. Still a 10/10 stay!

Very nice staff, possibility to open the room with mobile, very good prize to quality ratio and excellent placement. Amazingly comfortable bed!

The room was a little small and it would be nice if there were some more shelves to put your stuff on. Could also use a little more dusting 😉

Hi like the 24 hours checkin and digital keys makes it very convenient especially check in after hours , location located near convention center, also they can store luggage for you.

Unusual placement for the sink

It's a little unpersonal, the whole contact less check in. However there was a receptionist and she was very nice. The whole hotel feels quite modern, and that comes at the cost of some charm. The rooms were clean. The pillows were way too soft, however. The location was very good.

A more personal approach would have been nice. Also pillows with a bit more volume.
