Location and friendliness of staff. Very comfortable beds.

Ur site does not reflect the exact price of valet parking. It should be clearer that there is a day rate then they tag on the night rate for a total of approx 60$. It is misrepresented on ur site. I had forgotten my ipad in the room at checkout. I am trying to get it mailed to me . Is it reasonable to ask for the serial number of a 3 year old ipad? After matching my name , email and card paid with to check out as well as date it was lost, isn't it enough to prove it is my ipad?

The property is well maintained, updated and very clean. I loved the King room we stayed in with my infant son. We were traveling to PA from NY to bring our son to CHOP for a cardiac evaluation. We were already stressed out to be there, and the comfort of your hotel and the friendliness & pleasantness of the staff made things a lot easier for us. Thank you. We will be back for sure!

This hotel is very convenient for visits to Perelman Lung Center at Penn. We felt safe walking to and from the center, and we had a good lunch at the bar downstairs.

I'm not really sure where my car was taken by the valet. Other than that, everything was great! Thank you for a good experience at your hotel, and we will definitely use The Inn at Penn when we have to travel back for more lung appointments.

Great location. Could walk from the train station and lots of places to walk to nearby. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Love the infused water and all the cozy spots throughout the hotel.

Pillows weren’t the most comfortable but I am very sensitive to pillows and have specific needs.

First time I stayed the door to the bathroom didn’t slide properly. And the blind was broken Breakfast room has no idea how to make tea. You need boiling water. Put teabag in cup first and then pour water.

The property was very clean , All the employees were so kind and friendly and willing to help with anything.. I had my dad with me to have surgery at The VA Hospital. Location was less than 7 minutes away. Very satisfied. Highly recommend!

Location, security for a woman traveling alone, cleanliness and comfort

Room was very small and the hotel was very crowded. I would have liked a robe in the room rather than on demand, and I would have liked a plastic laundry bag, which seems like a small thing but is often extremely useful when traveling, especially when it's rainy and you have wet clothing items to pack

Having the bathroom being so far away from the bedroom (in the suites) is a major inconvenience. The bathroom fixtures and paint are old. for such a high price, I expected a much more updated room.

The location is convenient to U Penn and other tourist spots in the city.

Overall, the property is relatively good, but it will be much better if there’s a microwave in the room.

Every staff member I encountered, from the Valet parking people to the concierge and rooms service... reflected this hotel's commitment to complete hospitality. It was a pleasure!
