Been staying in Beverly for a few times and it always meet the expectation. The room was spacious and clean. The staff always greet us with a smile and tend to us whenever we have any questions.

The soundproof is not that good. We can hear other guest walking, running and loudly shutting the room door. The room that we were check in has a heavy smell of the perfume where I think it was from the previous guest.

The location is very good. Surrounded by a food court and also a mall across. The room size was good and spacious. No disturbance from street traffic although room faced the street. Room had two sinks, his and hers, which was good and bathroom was spacious for two people to use at the same time.

The bathroom door had no handle, so difficult to hold and close the door, does not ensure total privacy. Also no bedside or reading lamps, so difficult if you want to read in bed. Should ensure double sockets bedside so those with two phones able to charge the phones. Parking limited bays because people coming to the food court also use the parking in basement. Also if you park at basement, no lift to move your baggage. You have to carry down two flight of steps, not so convenient.Also good if you provided bedroom slippers and also tea in the room, not everyone drinks coffee.For the price charged, the room should have more amenities. Also keeping the ironing board in corridor, it's very warm to stand outside and iron. Not practical at all.

I stayed here three times, but the carpet was getting more thin. overall was okay. there was smoky scent before turning on the air conditioner.

I booked for king size bed. Room is big. Mattress is comfortable, not too soft or hard Toilet water pressure is good, clean, bidet working fine There is a surprise we found the 3-1 coffee given is the famous antong coffee.. There is hawker center just downstair, easy to get food. Staff is friendly.

The bedsheet cover is a bit old side. Pillow also it's time to change, although the hardness of the pillow is good, but i can smell a little latex smell due to old. Suggest to put one more roll of toilet paper in toilet as spare Overall, i m still ok with the one night short stay

The room was very spacious and clean. Satisfied with the service and good value for money.

The location is great.Downstair is hawker center,open until night time.Taiping mall is opposite the hotel.Easy access to Lake Garden &nearby attractions. The price is reasonable,room is clean and spacious.

A place to rest,no gym,swimming pool and breakfast provided.

Myb for next time wil think 2x if im staying here. This hotel mostly chinese people are staying. Overal ok l, love the space in the room and clean

Too much vibe chinese until i can hear the karoke or too loud speaker chinese songs. Huhu

Location is very good near a mall and hypermarket. There are eateries on the ground floor.

My second time and staying here and the water pressure is still low

The room was clean, the parking was easy and safe, the staff was first class, and the location was good.
