Rooms are really big and clean. Even if the weather is a bit chili for my liking the pool had climate control and was warm enough to be really confortable. Then the breakfast was really good, it had a great variety of meats, eggs, pastries, churros, waffles, pancakes, breads, fruits juices, yogurts and even options for lactose intolerants.

I bought the included dinners in the pack and the drinks were not included, not even the water. Also the food at dinner was not as awesome as for breakfast.

Everything! Excellent room, large bed and bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate walk in shower. Huge bed. Private balcony which wasn't overlooked. Fridge and bath robe. Breakfast was amazing. So many options, delicious and fresh. Seven swimming pools. One heated, one adults only. Lots of sun loungers. The hotel and restaurants and pools didn't ever feel overly busy even though the hotel was full. The architecture and landscaping was beautiful too.

Stunning resort, remote and peaceful location, amazing pools, night time shows were fantastic, especially the live music in the lobby, and the Soul Girls show! The staff is very friendly and make you feel like home. It was my 4th stay and it was great to see the same faces and to be recognised by some of their team members.

I was hoping to see the Christmas tree, but it wasn’t up just yet. The quality of food in the evening not the same as before. However the selection of food for lunch & breakfast was fabulous 👌

Felt very luxurious and room very spacious with a water jet bath. Plenty of pools, Of unable to find lounger by one pool there will be one at the next pool. Well maintained gardens. Staff wonderful. Plentiful food, themes most evenings, excellent AI drinks availability.

On the flight path and close to airport, so regular planes overhead. No real beach nearby. No free a la carte restaurant booking. Extra for lots of things, AI plus, Royal level, felt quite 2 tier.. Grounds on lots of levels, fine if you have a mobility scooter, if you struggle with walking distances or step, you may struggle.

Very varied buffet with themed nights, fresh juice at breakfast, excellent snack options throughout the day too. Beautiful hotel with lots of pools and space for sunbeds. Excellent activities during the day e.g. Canarian liquor tasting, Canarian dessert sampling, mojito making and kayaks. The evening entertainment was also of a very high standard.

Despite being all inclusive, it did feel like the hotel sometimes wanted to “up-sell”, eg some facilities were only available to “royal level”. Segway activity was also advertised as free but this was only for a 1 minute test drive, and actually cost 25€ per person for a full tour.

The hotel was big enough to provide all services and small enough to walk from one end to another. Food was excellent with majority of world cusine covered. Variety of pools, incl one heated. 13-year old enjoyed the segway tour and snack bar and mocktails. Medical service is quick and professional (for extra cost).

Ordering a taxi is a mess. Outside the hotel there are people who have ordered taxis by themselves, who have asked the reception to do so and who are just waiting. So, if you see a taxi, just jump in first, otherwise you can stay waiting forever. The floors in the room are cold stone, ie barefoot is not an option.

Hotel was amazing. Room, food and staff were excellent. Big mention for Juan Ramon for his fine bar skills and attention to detail, his baraquitos are magnificent and also to Arturo for his wonderful tour of the San Blas park

I was somewhat frustrated when dress codes are indicated in the policies for dinner in the restaurant however some clients were permitted wearing training shorts, flip flops and football shirts. I find this very unhygienic and not in form with the hotels 5 star rating. As far as I am concerned the hotel should enforce this policy and if not appropriately dressed then should be turned away

We loved our stay here. We had a great experience with all the staff, they are helpful and nice. Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel used an app for a lot of things so if you’re not comfortable navigating apps then consider if this is the place for you. Having to book your time for the buffet is odd but it also helps so much with how many people are trying to get food at once. The food was very good too with lots of options at every meal. The drinks menu is extensive at the bars. The adults only pool is glorious (not heated) and the general vibe of the hotel has such a relaxing vibe.

I wish the adult only pool had more space for sun beds, it was really easy to miss out on space there and be in a much more chaotic area

Nice layout of the hotel. Room very comfortable and spacious. Buffet good variation and great quality. A la Carte restaurants also superb. Staff really nice and accomodating. Drinks options excellent. Great location next to 2 local villages and only a 10 min drive from the airport. Nice to see management visible around the hotel. Overall we had a lovely stay.

A little short staffed, especially in the buffet restaurant - needs more than 1 staff member per section. Areas of the hotel looking a little dated and needing some TLC. For a 5 star hotel would expect a drinks selection in the room fridge with all inclusive. Sun loungers a little uncomfortable and pool freezing cold. For the price, A La Carte restaurants should be included in all inclusive package. All minor negatives compared to the positives.

The breakfast section was great, plenty of choice of lovely fresh fruit, selection of freshly made fruit juices and smoothies, pastries, different breads as well as cooked ..eggs, bacon, tomatoes and other interesting vegetable choices. So much choice, there was something for every palate and dietary need! All beautifully presented and fresh! Dinner was great too, again plenty of choice and each evening had a theme where different foods were offered, on top of a range of vegetables, salads, cold and cooked meats and fish, plus a wide selection of desserts, more fresh fruits and a selection of cheese on top! I would defy anyone not to find everything they want for an amazing dinner! The room was perfect, pillow choice, fridge and all the essentials you expect in a good hotel! Staff were attentive, always there if you needed something and we felt that they enjoyed their work and their enthusiasm clearly reflected this! We found some staff who seemed to go above and beyond , we all loved Victor but there were also others, whose names we didn't get!

The only thing we didn't like was that, at dinner, only water in glass bottles was available and these were 3.50 euros, (This was more expensive than a glass of wine!) We would have liked carafes of cold water readily available at dinner as it is at breakfast and lunch.
