The towels In the room were dirty black spots...carpet was very dirty my little one was bringing all the dirty stuff not appreciate that. We stayed 2 nights and they guive us the same room. my son was eating cereal the first day we stayed and he touch the bed comfort he left his hand printed the second day because they guive us the same room his little hand was very obvious in the bed 😁 Every time we visit we drive 40 min to stay at your location nothing wrong but this time was not the best. Is time to pick something new. I still rated good the staff was 👌 awesome

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The dining area had enough varity of breakfast items and excellent coffee. The lobby was super beautiful. The room was excellent with a mid sized refrigerator, microwave, small coffee maker, glasses, condoments for coffee, large tv, beautiful shower, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, and a private air conditioner for my preferred temperature. Excellent for the price!

There was nothing not to like. Everything was great.

Great location for visiting the state parks as well as being close to eateries and supermarket to stock up on supplies. Helpful and friendly staff. The room was.large and spacious.

Bathroom towels, to small and not good quality, the shampoo dispensers Are constantly dripping and gets to slippery when getting into the shower

Breakfast was very good but you need lids for the coffee cups and make it until 10:00 instead of 9:00 weekdays

We didn't know how to get the shower on but somebody from House maintenance responded quickly

We enjoyed the hotel its very pretty and lobby area very clean. Staff was great very friendly and helpful. Location was awesome.

I didn't like that the room didn't have a big enough trash can. I didn't like the pillow cases they were yellow stained made us feel uncomfortable to lay down. We had a bunch of flying ants or small flying bugs coming from a corner of the window.

Staff was fantastic, so warm and kind! Common areas very nice. Super location near Target and other stores. Beautiful common areas, super clean nice workout room. Lovely breakfast lady serving and food was generous.

Rooms need updating. Tub and shower curtain needed to be replaced. Mattress and sheets and towels so so. Carpets very old.

The location at Shary Inn and Suites is great because you have so many restaurants around you as well as supermarkets. You can easily get on the freeway to drive wherever you need to go and get there fast, or you can go to any of the many places around the hotel that don't require you to go up on the freeway. We went on a weekend and there was very little traffic on Shary Road, an easy way to get in and out. The pool was great and even though they close it at 10 pm the dark-haired lady at the front desk told us we could use it until midnight if we wanted to. We needed a cot in our room to accommodate an extra unexpected guest and they gave it to us free of charge and in a nice manner. I believe they recently added a spa area with massage, we weren't able to use it because we had no time left but next I will for sure. The breakfast is great and has a good variety of things. The staff was great and accommodated us, we are thankful.

We had a little bit of trouble with some of the doors not opening with our card but nothing that ruined the trip. They said a person was going to get it fixed Monday but we left on Sunday.

Clean, good repair.

Smelled of perfume, coffee was not hot in the morning, the breakfast was poorly prepared. Example: the sausage was not heated properly. Who ever prepared the breakfast food either wasn’t trained or didn’t care.
