I requested a ground floor room and was told via email that it was acceptable but when I arrived I was told my room was on the second floor. I was not upset because I was thinking the hotel only had stairs, found out it was upgraded from years ago since I stayed last time and it has elevator. I was very pleased with the results and pleased with my room change. Great job to the staff.

Nothing negative to report. Planning on staying at this hotel on my next trip to Mission Texas. Staff did great job in my check in and check out.

Everything was great. The night guy at the reception was super friendly and kind. I really like his vibe and the way he treated not only me but everyone who approached him. The morning lady at the check in desk was also very kind.

I did not see a breakfast section. I did not know if there was a section for breakfast, but I did see a coffee station in front of the main desk. I hope I did not miss it!

Milli ,at the front desk, was very polite,professional, and welcoming. She's a great asset to this company.

The hotel lobby and corridors are very cold. A small table and chairs to eat in the room would be nice, and a microwave.

Staff was incredibly nice, greeted upon arrival. made proper accommodations immediately to my liking.

i didnt like that room i had initially paid for did not include microwave and fridge. had to pay extra to have those utilities in my room. having them should be part of the room itself not act as a luxury item to be added

There was no breakfast, only coffee, which I don’t drink. Ice makers worked, room mini fridge kept items very cold. Room was clean, shower was great, plenty of hot water. Thermostat worked well.

Ice container didn’t have a top. List of TV stations wasn’t provided. Had to ask desk if one was available. Only one large bath towel was provided. Asked for replacements after three days, none were available until the next day. Beds were quite hard, but got used to them.

Hally, at the front desk, was very friendly and welcoming. This Motel 6 always has courteous and friendly staff.

There is no microwave for guests to use. There is no ventilator in the guest restrooms.

Everything was great! Dog friendly. No extra charge for pets. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Great location. Excellent value for the money.

The air conditioner was kind of loud. It turned on and off a lot throughout the night.

The room was too small, bathroom was small, no refrigerator, the bed was small but other than that, everything was perfect.

the price value vs the room size was great, confortable beds and good space

no microwave as advertised in the booking, and the A/C was too noisy, and no cuttery in case you need it

Place was clean, staff was very nice, had not seen Motel 6 website

I rented a Handi-cap cause we had our Mother in Law couldn't get into the tub. Website showed a walk-throught shower. VERY BAD OVERSITED
