Excellent location next to all the shopping and dining; it's also walking distance to the Convention Center. The facilities are new, clean. The gym has a Peleton. The staff was nice and helpful.

The hotel should consider extending breakfast time during the holidays. There were a lot of families during my stay that came down to breakfast at almost closing time. This created chaos and there wasn't enough food for all the guests. Worse was the staff shutting down the breakfast as people are reaching for food.

The kitchen had all equipment necessary to make dinner. The pool was heated and nice and the location was perfect for a good Shop.

The shower's pressure was a little low.

Great location , staff was super nice they even made fresh hot coffee for us when we arrived even it was late at night ( I’m a coffee lover ) very clean

Hotel and Room was very clean and nice. The front desk agents were very nice and knowledgeable . Pool was clean

Breakfast was a bonus, rooms were clean and met all expectations.

Pool was a little dirty, kids were diving, and was a little bothered by it as my toddler was in the pool.

People at front desk are very sweet and same for cleaning staff. The room was very clean and it had a small kitchen which was very convenient. also they provide toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers which is great!

too expensive for McAllen. Also I didn’t like the pillows in the Queen room, it was so soft that I actually hurt my neck and ended up buying a pillow from target
