They had complimentary breakfast that included eggs, sausage links, waffles, and many other things. The staff was friendly, helpful, and fun. The overall ambiance of the hotel was just great, I will definitely be making my way back to aloft when i need a place to relax, to stay, and have fun.

I did not like that there was not a door separating the shower from the room, it's like an open concept restroom. just to be clear thought the toilet area does have a door for privacy and the shower has a frosted door for semi privacy while you shower and the toilet/shower area has a divider up between itself and the sleeping area. I do however think this is perfect if you're staying alone, with a partner, or you are looking to entertain.

So many things. I thoroughly enjoyed the lobby and the bar. I also relaxed in the indoor pool and am so grateful for that area. This was the most fancy hotel I have ever got. It made me feel like I was rich. For two days I was living the dream. What pops out to me the most? The colors. All of those bright colors and patterns and the luxury design of the lobby. Huge shout out to the cleaning staff. They went above and beyond. I came back to the room after the Anime Fest to find my bed not only made, but they also folded my PJs and kept them on top of the bed. I stopped in shock and just stared for a minute. That was so incredible of them to do that. Thank you. I really felt that in my heart. That was so kind and thoughtful. Also, the bartender was very attentive, got my drinks to me quickly, and was a huge help when I was trying to pick what drink I wanted. I think only a Vegas trip could top the quality of this hotel. When I think of McAllen, I will be thinking of the Aloft. And I will now be looking for more of these hotels when I travel.

The pillows. I had to stack all four on top of each other and they still sank too low. When I was laying upright watching TV, my back and head sank to the bed. There was no back support. When trying to sleep, even with all four stacked, I still had to fold one.

I was thoroughly impressed with my experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly both nights. The hotel's [location/facilities] were also a big plus, with plenty of [restaurants/shops] within walking distance. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I would highly recommend Aloft McAllen to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I can't wait to come back and stay again!

My hotel stay at Aloft McAllen was great! The design and feel of the hotel is modern and luxe for a great price. Staff were helpful and nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The room had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, steamer, hairdryer, tv and coffee. It had a nice table area for my work laptop. The complimentary breakfast tacos were delicious too. We also enjoyed our dip in the splash pool.

I wished the bathroom door would lock for privacy.

It is a new concept of hotel and we love it,the decoration, the amenities, the people ,and very clean,comfortable beds and pillows, good shower,everything was perfect ,I will look from now on that kind of hotel, Aloft

It was modern. Close to several places.

Bed was a little bit too soft. Air Conditioner too close to the bed. Blowing directly to our face.

Property was amazing! No complaints! No breakfast provided but they do have complimentary coffee and muffins.

It’s brand new with great location. Lots of restaurants walking distance and breakfast was included. Will definitely stay here again.
