It is a cozy, tidy, and new hotel in a convenient location. Excellent breakfast and a wonderful selection of food for dinner. The hotel is family-friendly, especially for those with young children. The spa complex is well-maintained and tidy.

There seems to be a shortage of staff, possibly due to the holiday period. The room cleaning and services in the pool were compromised. Also, it was challenging to tolerate the loud music and entertainment shows every evening in the SPA zone, which turned what should have been a peaceful oasis into a place of unbearable noise.

Second time there, was as nice as for the first time. Great hotel with nice staff

I was looking for accommodation for 6 adults and 2 children (3 and 5 yrs old). It was shown as an option to book 3 standard rooms for that group so I did go ahead. A week before arrival i asked the hotel if the baby cots will be made available and they did confirm. Upon arrival it was there only for one room and when asked they were saying they can’t do it for the 5 yrs old. I can accept that but information before had been misleading.

Very clean and big comfortable room. We liked breakfasts and dinners at the hotel, very tasty and variety dishes. Also we liked that there is a spa wellness with jacuzzi outside just with the mountains view, inside there is a swimming pool. As an addition on Fridays and Saturdays there are programmes for kids in swimming pool with dances, after 19:00 there is animation for kids in children zone with games and disco. Also the mountain resort is 5 minutes by car, Tatranska Lomnica

I would really change the pillows in the room.

Nice hotel close enough to the ski area. The room was clean and well equipped, the sofa bed for the children were also comfortable, and we found some tea and coffe as well. There was a common storage for the ski equipments to make them dry. The breakfast and the dinner was so delicious, we really loved it. The spa was warm and spacious. We would come back next season.

We didn’t get enough towels. The receptionist informed me that we have to use the same for the bath and the spa. In dinner time, we had to pay for the tap water. It was strange…

Newly renovated hotel with fantastic food. Especially dinners were absolutely delicious. Kust a bit far from the train station, so if you plan to park the car, be ready for a walk about 2 km to the train station. Spa centrum very nice as well, but no one keeping rules unfortunately and staff tolerate it. Too loud main pool and the sauna world used by children even they are not allowed.

Some basic reminders of rules in spa would definitely help.

Together with my family we spent 5 days at the hotel. The stay was very pleasant and comfortable, specifically: + very nice location, isolated from any traffic, near a small forest and with a beautiful view to the Tatra mountains + very good and tasty food for both breakfasts and dinners + clean and comfortable rooms + very nice and pleasant SPA area: nicely looking swimming pool with a pool bar inside, a couple of different saunas

During breakfasts, taste of coffee from the coffee machine needs definitely an improvement. It's not possible to drink it without milk :/ Also, the coffee machine offers very limited coffee options, either small or big, nothing more, no capucino, no latter, etc...

Location is perfect by a creek and the mountains. Wellness is amazing, beautiful facilities with kind staff, always there to help you. What’s the most outstanding to us was catering. Food was very high level 5 star. Buffet style half board with excellent and fresh choices. All kinds of proteins from calamari to lamb. It was beyond our expectations. Definitely recommending to friends and family.

Everything was great. Perhaps I’d improve the anti slippery flooring on the way to the outdoor jacuzzi. The plastic carpets were moving and my fiancé fell on the stairs. It’s just a little idea to improve something.

Dinner and breakfast were generally good. The room was cosy and clean. Lots of parking spaces available. SPA was good and nice to have after a day in the mountains.

There was no air conditioning and ventilation did not seem to be working either. Hence, the air was too stuffy during the night. You cannot open the balcony door also because of the insects and other people smoking on the balcony. People from neighbouring rooms had free access to our balcony. The room was not soundproof and you could hear loud noices from the other rooms and corridor. No free water or juice was offered at dinner and if you arrived later, most of the buffet was emptied out.

Very nice, clean, modern hotel. Friendly staff, good housekeeping. Very well equipped rooms, with balcony. Very quiet at night, really relaxing. Meals are good quality, there are variety of fresh fruits and vegetables at every meal. Good variety with some local speciality every day. Hassle free parking. The pool bar is a nice touch. Good location for exploring the beautiful High Tatras from.

The rooms could be larger and some view would have been nice. Meals and the pool were a little crowded. The guests in the room near to ours had a large dog that they refused to keep on a leash in the hotel. It frightened my kids with running towards them barking loudly more than once.

Everthying was clean and was feeling it was fresh.

We were staying with kids( 10 and 5 years old). We were on hiking trip, so all the days we were at hotel around 17:00, so we had to rush to pool, because kids were allowed in pool till 19:00.
