The one woman who you have working the desk and everything else at night is the most helpful, kind person I have met in a Hotel for a long time. That woman, her directions to the hospital, her help with a restaurant and ultimately with the wifi that was not working until she fixed it...made our whole trip a joy. The breakfast was superb and I told the lady who made the eggs that it was wonderful. We like Hiltons and will stay at this hotel again when my wife comes back for her next appointment at the hospital.

Location and cleanliness

I was not asked when checking in if I was an honors member, offered any upgrade or water, or told me that the wifi was chargeable. I could not access the wifi period. This was our second stay here and the staff on my first visit was much more interested in everything about making sure we felt welcome and not just a paying customer. And our charge was more than my booking confirmed rate.

Everything except parking.

Parking doesn’t appear to be free. I found a notice on my windshield asking me to register my car and pay $10.00 for overnight parking. Desk clerk said don’t worry about it and took the ticket, but I’m sure that if I hadn’t questioned the charge, my payment would have been accepted.

Positive experience. Clean room, bathroom, and lobby. Available parking. Check-in was very fast, the front desk person mentioned all we needed very clearly, quickly, and in a professional and friendly manner.

I can not say I did not like anything, but things to improve are below: Breakfast was ok, but I expected more (no protein besides the omelet and paper plates). Maybe I just compare what hotels offered a year or two ago for the same price :) Check out person did not want to be there based on his attitude, I hope everything is fine with him.

I travel every 6 months to this destination for a medical appointment and always reserve a room at this Hampton Inn. Location is close to my appointment, neighborhood is safe and rooms are very clean and comfortable. Have lots of confidence in Hampton Inn quality based on my experience over the years. (Also a great restaurant across the street for dinner with takeout available.)

No concerns or complaints. Very family friendly.

Clean and well maintained

As I was checking out there was a gigantic party of about 35 people all standing directly in the doorway blocking the entrance coming In and going out. Staff should have redirected them to the open living area instead of allowing this massive party to block the entrance

The location was great! The staff was amazing! Very attentive, helpful and friendly! Do not let these people go! Give them raises! Good help is hard to find! The breakfast was very nice and better than most places! Everything worked in our room/bathroom and was up to date. We will stay here again if in the area!

I'm being picky and it's something you can't fix, but the parking spots were very narrow. Other than that, everything was great!

My plane was very late getting in so I needed to meet my daughter at her nearby apartment instead of checking in at the hotel which was 20 mins away, so we could make it to her sorority function on time (which was the purpose of my visit). You all accommodated my late check in that night which was so appreciated!!!

Room was wonderful and bed enabled a good night's rest. Breakfast was delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for us visiting my brother in his final days. Definitely would book again if I had a need for stay in CH.

That I couldn't stay longer!

it was very nice, clean, fresh coffee every day and it was not cheap coffee, everyone was nice except the young man when I checked in was rude, but the rest of the staff made up for his shortcomings, the breakfast was great and Nicely set up and had everything you needed, another thing I didn’t like for the price there was no microwave in the room which made it very hard cause you would have to come down stairs, so that would keep me from ever staying at your property for any other trips, thank you
