Breakfast was great, location ideal with proximity to the Beach, shops, and local eating places, abundance of Wildlife nearby (monkeys and a sloth in nearby trees), which was a treat, and woken by Howler monkeys every morning with smaller monkies coming onto the Hotel balconies, but again we were warned about this. The Aircom was really good as well and kept the room nice & chilled to the heat & humidity we had to get used to outside

Downside was the cost for the Service charge was miscalculated so we had to get this sorted out, but the staff were very helpful and had this resolved by the end of our stay

The reception staff was great. We appreciated Monica's assistance in booking us with a fantastic tour guide to visit Manuel Antonio National Park, and also providing directions to get down to the beach. Danvier (sp?) was also super friendly and helpful. Our room was beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the setting right in the jungle & saw macaws, capuchin monkeys, butterflies and agouti while sipping coffee on the balcony of our room or eating the delicious included breakfast in the restaurant. The pools were refreshing after a day of hiking around Manuel Antonio, and we appreciated the included parking and proximity to lots of great restaurants and shops (a quick, though fairly steep walk up the hill). We especially enjoyed Cafe Milagro.

The noise from the road (particularly the motorcycles) was noticeable from inside the room, even with the door shut and AC on. It did seem to stop during the night but would start up again in the early morning, probably as people were headed to their jobs. Not a deal breaker but worth mentioning.

Clean and safe. Helpful staff.

Food was substandard. Seemed to be precooked and just warmed up in a microwave. No flavor. Not the staffs fault, just likely lower quality equivalent to fast food.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The room was modern and clean. The jungle area right outside the room and pool was fabulous for watching all sorts of wildlife. The included breakfast was tasty.

We used the laundry service provided by the hotel. Four pieces of our clothes were returned with heavy bleach stains, thus ruining them. The staff tried to somehow blame us for the bleach stains. We are still waiting to hear back from management about getting compensation for our ruined clothes.

This was a lovely kitted out modern hotel. The room and facilities were really great. The design ensured the balconies faced the forest and there was always activity going with animals. The pools, lounge areas and restaurant were really good. Best breakfast of the holiday. Staff were fantastic and helpful. the hotel is on a steep hill so walking down was easy and we always managed to get a taxi or local bus back to avoid the walk uphill. There are good number of bars. restaurants, supermarkets, ATMs around. The beaches are stunning. The National Park is so busy but worth it. We had a guide.

Nothing really. People mention the road. It is on a steep road so vehicles strain going up. We were worried about sleeping. However the traffic seems to disappear around 10pm and start again around 7am. So we had no problems and with the very comfy beds we had a great sleep.

The staff from the front desk, maintenece, house keeping to the restaurant staff, everyone was so kind and accommodating. They made me feel at home in the middle of two super rainy tropical storms.

Wifi was spotty in the room.

The property is surrounded by trees full of animals (we were three nights and we could see a sloth, two different group of monkeys and birds). The two pools next to the restaurant are open until 11pm. Staff overall were very kind and extremely helpful. The room was quite large with a small kitchen, living room and a balcony. The hotel is 400 mts from the bus stop (c. 390 per person to Quepos or Manuel Antonio Park) and there are lots of international restaurants around the area.

It's not related to the property, but the way to the bus is very steep and dark during the evening, with no pedestrian sidewalk.

The hotel is quite new, all the amenities are well-maintained. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was a kitchen with a fridge in our apartment, which was convenient as we could prepare some fresh fruits by ourselves. Breakfast was delicious, you could choose from a few different options, and you got also some fresh fruits and juice. There was also a possibility to have coffee for takeaway. The restaurant has a short menu but the dishes that we tried were delicious and of very good quality. The staff, both at the front desk and restaurant was polite, attentive, and helpful and they all are doing an excellent job. The rooms and pool are out looking in the jungle where you easily can spot some animals (sloths, monkeys, birds). Parking in front of the hotel is small, but we never have had problems finding the place.

The hotel is located by the street so during the day you can hear some noise. The night is quiet. It is good to know that the beach that is close to the hotel is quite far and going back you have to make steep uphills walk. If you have a car it does not make a problem.

Beautiful hotel in a great location (walking distance to both the beach and lots of restaurants and bars). The room was spacious, so comfortable and very clean (you can have room cleaning every day). The staff were wonderful and so helpful, it was our honeymoon and my husband's birthday whilst we were they and they kindly sorted out gifts for both of these occasions. You can see parrots and monkeys from your balcony. Amazing hotel!

It is a little loud with traffic from the road outside, but nothing ear plugs can't solve.
