The rooms are comfy and stylish, with cozy beds and all the amenities you need. Plus, the views of the mountains are just amazing. The hotel has a nice blend of modern and alpine charm that makes you feel right at home. The staff here are super friendly and always ready to help. They make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive and are great at offering tips on the best things to see and do in Thredbo. There’s a lot to love about the facilities at the Denman. The lounge area with a fireplace is perfect for relaxing after a day out. They also have ski storage for those with their own gear. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The hotel is just a short walk from the ski lifts, shops, and all the local attractions. It’s so easy to get around and enjoy everything Thredbo has to offer.

Hotel was perfect, resort very tired. Resort staff untrained and uncaring of visitors. Large mountain biker numbers who rode anywhere they wanted without consideration for pedestrians or vehicles and did not conform to traffic rules or signed. Organisers need far better control and planning.

The most unforgettable thing for me is the exceptional customer service from Ebba. My daughter was crying in the dark while her dad was having a headache. Ebba took care of my daughter, provided food and coloring games.

Balcony with the mountain view (although I booked this) and a nice heater in the room as it was a pretty cold weekend. Lovely cosy dressing gowns. Milk in the fridge, biscuits, tea, coffee. Nice clean room and overall a lovely bed. Free breakfast was also wonderful, I didn't have to search out an open place outside and it was nice to just get up and go down. A good selection of cold meats/fish and sweet treats. Also cereals and toast selection. Friendly staff. Checkin was easy and I was given clear instructions on where I could try to park the car. Maps were handed over for parking and all the summer hikes. Loved the easter eggs provided with breakfast on easter morning, nice touch.

I guess it was a little noisy on the top mountain view rooms as other buildings had roof mounted generators (and my room was higher than these roofs!) so these hummed all night. Nothing a set of ear plugs didn't sort out! And not really the fault of the hotel.

The included breakfast was excellent. Onsite facilities such as restaurant and bar. Highly recommend having dinner at the restaurant. The staff were very helpful and attentive.

The rooms themselves were a bit small but that is to be expected staying so close to the village square. The heaters worked well.

No overnight parking near the hotel although not many hotels in Thredbo have overnight parking. Most people have to park at P1,2,3,4

Perfectly located to the valley terminal, made it easy in the morning to walk down and jump on a chairlift. Bus stop nearby for those not wanting to walk or to get dropped off at the end of the day. Breakfast was great and lots of choices. Having a barista was awesome too, so you could purchase a real coffee. Rooms were clean and tidy, nice bathroom, and quiet. My room was at the back so no real view without standing on the bed. Staff were friendly and helpful, had a chat whenever I came through and offered up services available that I wasn’t aware of. The apres bar downstairs had great cocktails! And loved there were parking spaces to drop off and pick up luggage before moving your car to the overnight parking.

Room was a little tight but clean and comfortable and most places on snow are quite compact. Ask for a room with a view when booking, as the rooms at the back don’t have one and that’s half the fun of staying on snow.

Breakfast was very nice and the one dinner we had was great. Very friendly reception on arrival. Downstair bar was enjoyable. Wine dinner was excellent and enjoyed meeting the owners.

Bed was a little uncomfortable. Room needed painting - peeling paint.

Could hear guests in their room. TV reception wasn't great and I couldn't get all the channels. Room was very small. I couldn't work anywhere. Needed a desk of some sort so I could sit and do emails
