Location good, near restaurants and convenience show. Very near 2 subway entrances. Very silent. Guests respect silence. And very clean and organized once you are inside the building.

Not easy to find the building gate at night. 2 SUV cars parking in front of the gate at night...barely could see that was just behind. Kindly advise place some light and a signifier like a logo or symbol colorful at gate to easily identify. It was not so easy to unlock the door. In other words. Maybe send a short video guide to guests after they confirm reservation showing how to unlock all gates and doors using the provided passwords. If you carry heavy luggage try to ask a room in first floor.

Very close to subway, some shops and many restaurants nearby. Not the easiest to find, but it wasn't overly difficult either. Comfortable bed, in overall I got what I expected for my money, and for that money it was worth it to have an own room with shower and own toilet.

Very steep and narrow stairs, and small rooms (as expected). There is washing machine in cellar, but I did not find how could I dry clothes afterwards. The cleanliness wasn't terrible, but rooms were not thoroughly cleaned either.

I stayed for 10 nights and it was a good stay. The place is in a convenient location of Seoul and it is less than 5 mins to the subway. It has laundry facilities, a small kitchen (microwave, stove, coffee machine, hot/cold water, but no oven) and it is at most, quiet. There are lots of restaurants around the area and a PC bang close by. The rooms are goshiwon styled and are really small, so don't expect too much. It has everything you need for a short stay.

The bed was really uncomfortable and sometimes the room was a little too hot.

The hotel is very close to the subway station as well as two convenience stores and numerous restaurant options, including late-night ones. The room is small but contains the essentials. It is easy to enter into the building and into your room.

Shower and bathroom are a bit tight for taller people. The shower can be fixed into a holster in the wall, but it's a bit difficult to reach. However, I am quibbling. The room is excellent value for money.

Great location, close to the airport bus bus stop as well as the subway station. Near many restaurants.

The heated floor in the room that I stayed in didn't seem to work well, I felt cold for two nights. But, after I tell the owner, he responded very well and fixed it. Also, the cleanliness under the bed need to be upgraded since I found it very dirty and I even found a travel neck pillow which I think belong to the previous person who stayed in that room. Other than, everything is perfect.

It was quite central to alot of the places i visited. The Gyodae train station is right around the corner making travelling much easier and quicker. There are quite a few restuarants, coffee shops and convenience stores within a few hundred metres of the accomodation as well.

This place offers great rooms in a great location for a great price. This met my needs perfectly, as it was easy to travel to Olympic Park by train and I was able to comfortably walk to a venue for a musical. Placed next to stations for line 2 and 3 so very convenient. Check in was absolutely painless and remote. Excellent all the way around. Highly recommend!

Everything is great. A warning...the beds are not the most comfortable, but the blankets are great.

It was clean and close to everything.

The fact that they do not have mattresses on the bed base so you are sleeping on springs, not good for people with a bad back as they poke into you. I found an older doona and doubled it and put that on the base. I don't think I saw the cleaner smile once in the 9 days I was there.

The price is a holy great bargain. This is a room with a complete bathroom (though small), a bed, and a desk. A great place for travelers with limited budget.

A little bit hard (just a little bit) to find the entrance. Please see the picture on google map first. I would recommend come at daytime so you can find the place more easily
