Nice breakfast, standard but tasty. Big parking, big beds. Walking distance from the nice lake were you can swim.

Everything is ok. Air-conditioner in the room was not very effective, but acceptable. The only thing with parking is that 5 meters from Hotel's parking here is a private one, were you can park for free. But according to personal that one is not safe, but 5 meters from there the same parking, but owned by hotel (and paid) - if safe :D Be aware if you're booking it for F1 Red Bull Ring GP: additional to 100km that you need to drive from this hotel to the circuit there is a paid tunnel for 10.9EUR each time you passing it.

very long check-in at the reception despite online check-in in advance, extremely hot in the room as the air conditioning was not working, windows were locked and couldn’t be opened – no fresh air, very uncomfortable, pillows were very bad and there was no option to replace them, breakfast – the food that was supposed to be hot was almost cold, which bothered us, especially since we were the first to enter at 6:30 AM, but otherwise the breakfast was very varied and everyone can find something to their taste.

I felt the whole place was an older hotel taken over by Ramada ,so not built to Ramada's normal standards. Hence, the rooms lacked any serious ventilation, or cooling.. Yes , it blew out some hot air, but it wasn't "Conditioned".and bore no resemblance to the dial you tried to set the panel to!.. Not nice in summer. My partner and daughter had to change their room on arrival as it smelt. I don't need this after driving 7 hours.

We had a lovely family stay at Hotel Ramada Graz. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax. The location was convenient—just a short drive from Graz—and there were plenty of parking spots available. We especially appreciated the EV charging options, including two very fast chargers. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the service throughout our stay was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

The parking fees costs 12 per day, but I knew upfront.

Very conveniently located hotel, close to the highway. Good place to rest while travelling further. The room was clean and had all the basics. Beds were comfy. Spacious parking.

The AC wasn't working in the room. Simple breakfast, could offer a bigger variety of foods including vegan/vegetarian options. The night we arrived we wanted to eat dinner at the restaurant, but sadly there seemed to be only one employee responsible for the dinner buffet, bar and a la carte restaurant. We were the guests of the a la carte restaurant, so we were told to wait at the table to order our food, but after waiting for over 30 minutes we gave up dinner and went to the hotel's shop to buy snacks instead.

Overall this was a good hotel, perfect for a one night stay during travels. The room was clean, and breakfast was really good with a lot of options to choose from. Staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was also very quiet and could be made very dark. The hotel is very close to the highway.

The bed was super uncomfortable for me, mainly because the pillow was way too soft and low, but that's obviously personal preference. We asked for no-feather pillows due to allergies, the normal ones are for sure better. We also got an accessible room (didn't need or ask for it), and the shower and toilet were only separated by a curtain (water could flow on the floor). The toilet seat was really high (I'm 1.80m and my feet didn't touch the ground :D), which was weird.

Very well located and next to major road routes . The property benefits from secure off road parking and the reception staff were very pleasant and helpful . Whilst getting into my car upon leaving I accident it dropped my credit card on the car park . Fortunately the card was found and handed to reception . The reception staff were able to track the card and contacted me immediately which was a real lifesaver as it was needed to continue with my holiday .

12 Euro Charge to park the car, Considering the hotel is situated on a out of town business park I did not expect to have to pay to park a car in there own car park. I missed that when i booked had i seen it then I would have gone elsewhere. Pillows were lacking any real stuffing,

We chose this hotel to travel to the Red Bull Ring, which turned out to be the best decision ever. There is a shuttle service (third party) that picks up fans directly from the hotel. Besides, the room was spacious and comfortable. The price was much cheaper than other places in Graz, making it a great value for money.

The room was large and clean. The carpet was new looking and you could actually open the window for some fresh air! The front desk staff were just wonderful. They spoke English and were very friendly. In walking distance to the lake and sculpture park.

A long way from town . The tv in both of our rooms had no signal for the two days we were there. We were provided passes to the lake to swim, which was great, but on check out were told we had to return them or pay 50 Euros each! This caused great stress while we searched for them. Luckily we found them . It would have been nice if we were told to keep them at the start. Also I think it’s a bit rough to charge 8 euros a night for parking when the car park is mostly empty and it’s so far from the city…
