Location was very central, good access to public transport, walking distance to everywhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is next to student housing and can be very noisy. I stayed 1 night during a weekday, so it wasn't too bad. Hotel staff still offerred to move me to a room on the other side of building which was nice. Ideal for a day or two, bed and room is comfortable.

Next to student housing, usually very loud going by reviews, but for a Monday night it was not an issue. Shower was mild temperture and had little power. Shower is in an open space to bedroom, more ideal for solo travellers or romantic couples

I've stayed here approximately 10 times before and it's always very pleasant. Front desk lady was very nice, friendly and helpful. Room was clean. It's in a good location in Lend and everything is in easy reach

I didn't like the fact the check-out time was before 12pm and I was in the toilet at 10.30am. As I opened the bathroom door it hit the main room door with such force. A chambermaid had entered the room with me in there thinking I'd vacated. Never had that before. Shame there isn't a system where the staff know for sure you have left the room to avoid any of this embarrassment

As the name suggests, it's a budget hotel.. tucked into a corner of Graz with major attractions on walking distance. Katie was helpful and had a smile on her face every time I approached her. Cleanliness is well maintained.. If you are on a budget and want a good location ,this is a place to stay at

showers 🚿! it's like British weather, at one time, you are enjoying hot water to calm ur nerves and in few minutes its temp dips to 15 degrees ! it definitely needs sorting out. I doubt if the air-conditioning is properly working.. although given the weather, the window in summers is adequate for ventilation.

Here the established standart of Ibis hotels was exactly met. We checked in trough the reception. We were provided with the requested underground parking for our cars. The location is excellent, there are many restaurants and pubs around the hotel, and as soon as you cross the nearby bridge over the river you will find yourself in the heart of the historical and representative part of the city. But what happened – in the morning we left early and only we checked into another hotel in Germany, 300 km from Graz, I realized that I had forgotten a significant amount of money between the bed linen. It was a holiday. I immediately contacted the hotel by phone but they told me that during cleaning such money was not found and handed over. In the morning I contacted the hotel manager Frau Joanne Hoecher who was also worried that no money had been found and assured me of the integrity of the staff. The next day she excitedly informed me that the money had been found and will be returned to me soon. Later I found out that Frau Hoecher had contacted the laundry company, located far from the hotel, and insisted that all the sheets be checked and that is where the money was found. I cannot believe this happened and that so many people had spent so much time and effort to help me. I am deeply touched and eternally grateful to them and especially to Frau Hoecher.

It is really a budget budget room xD. Big, but don't expect any facilities. But hey, the room was clean and the bed nice. And there was plenty of space for our stuff. Don't expect a hair dryer or anything like that. If this was all, i would have given a 9 given the price we paid for the room.

--- This point does not apply to you if you do not arrive with your own car --- Unfortunately, we felt a bit surprised about additional costs. That is solely because we arrived by car. We selected this location specifically because we thought it had own parking. Turns out, it's not. There is a parking garage, for which you can buy a discounted ticket at the hotel for 10 euro a day. This is a huge additional cost, especially if you stay for longer. Its mentioned in the FAQ of booking.com, but of course we didn't read the whole FAQ for it. Because its in the FAQ we don't let this influence the rating. But if you read this and this applies to you; be sure to know parking costs at least 10 euro a day.

The hotel is a nice price-performance hotel where you can stay in Graz. I arrived after 10pm, I wrote my name on the check-in machine at the entrance, the machine gave me a piece of paper with my room number and password written on it, and this process only took 1 minute. Hotel is 5 minutes walking distance to the city center. Clean rooms and bathroom also have a shower and body shampoo. The size of the room is also up to your expectations, the size is already written in the room features. It's worth what you pay for. Looking at the rating of the hotel, I think people want to see much more than they pay for.

There is no hair dryer in the rooms (I think you can get it from the reception), no slippers, cattle and mini fridge. If these are very important to you, you can look at more expensive hotels.

Location is right in the city center (Lendplatz) and aproxx 10 min walk from the Main square and town hall. River Mur and Fortress 5 min walk.. Ibis is Ibis, same in the whole world. It was simple but good choice for short stay. They have a parking for 10 eur per day, and that was really helpfull in the city like Graz. DM market and Hofer market right across the street, Sport bar nearby and many other shops and restaurants on Lendplatz, 2 min walk... We were satisfied in general

The check inn process was slow but we just arrived around 3 p.m. like everyone else...

If you're not demanding for comfort and you want to sleep in an extremely accessible place, close to the city center, at a low price, this is the ideal location. I have stayed here many times and find it very convenient. Clean, simple, basic, in the city center. The room is small, with a double bed and a transverse one on top, sink and shower in the room, and the basic amenities you need. ideal for sleep & go. There is a charge for parking in the basement, but this is also a plus considering the location.

Considering the low price and excellent location, you can't really complain about the minimalism of the hotel.

The AC was old and hardly working. The water in the shower was not consistent. Bed was not very comfortable, I would wake up every time my partnered moved. The room is very small but that is expected in Ibis budget hotel. Breakfast was quite sad - no hot food, just ingredients for sandwiches in general and some cereal.

The location is great, it's near a square with a lot of food options and also easily walkable to the city center. The check-in and check-out process is quite simple - we were able to check-in a bit early in the reception which opened a bit before expected and you just need to drop your card in a box for checkout. The room is quite small and basic but with all you need.

The temperature in the shower would not stay constant - switching to hot and cold on it's own. There were no outlets on the sides of the bed, we had to charge the phones in a desk away from the bed. Do not expect a good view - we were facing a student dormitory, where we would see students in their own rooms as well. The room was a bit hot, but the AC did not seem to be working in our room.
