A very well equipped apartment with fully equipped kitchen, the view was towards the pool and terrace with a very beautiful view. The air conditioning system coped with the 2 bedrooms and the living room. The restaurant very close to the hotel and with diversified food every day, with entertainment programs every day and night.

I did not like that this complex seemed outdated, the furniture in the living room was very old and the sofa uncomfortable. All the entertainment programs were only in French.

Helpful reception staff on arrival and throughout stay. The room was good and as expected with a nice balcony. The two pools were clean and great for kids. There was parking on a first come basis but we never struggled to find a space. There are apparently two sister hotels, one with entertainment but we didn't visit. The beach was close and there were some good more remote beaches a short walk away. It is well placed for exploring the island and the airport and Mahon is only a 20 minute drive away.

As is often the case some guests aren't considerate and are noisy at night which is not really the owners fault. Swimming in the pool late at night should be addressed though.

Clean and tidy. Great balcony area to have breakfast and lunch. Very easy access to pool and beach which was great with a toddler. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was quite small and position of the Bath and shower was difficult for giving son a bath and also almost impossible getting in for a pregnant person.

Very attentive staff. Location of the apartment in relation to the pool and other amenities excellent.

Slight drain smell in our bathroom. Not a big deal but some days quite noticeable. Staff attended to it, but it didn’t really make a difference.

Pools were great ,location was perfect near the beach. Really friendly staff and overall great value for money.

The coffee shop was very small and limited.

The apartment is walking distance to a spectacular beach. The facilities include everything you need: pools, supermarket, bars. The staff was very friendly. The apartment is big, clean and the decoration is typical from Menorca which I found very cute. Our stay was amazing and we will come back for sure.

It would have been great if there was a bedding change mid-week. They do change the towels tho every 2 days.

Really good place to stay for a young family. Pools are great, apartment basic but comfy/clean etc. location ideal as 5-10 min walk from an amazing beach. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful. Would book again!

The staff were amazing at reception. So welcoming! The gardener and cleaners did an excellent job too and the gardens look beautiful. You can use multiple pools in other sister apartments which was fantastic. Son Parc beach is gorgeous. Clear blue seas. Shallow for a while so good for children.

The staff at Playa Parc are very friendly and helpful. They have a big store cupboard with lots of beach toys and parasols that they let us use during our holiday. They also let us check out at 13:30hrs on our day of departure. The grounds and the play area are very well maintained. The rooms are a little old fashioned but perfectly adequate and well equipped. Cleaning was very regular and we had towels and toilet rolls delivered 4 times during our 7 day stay.

The snack bar was nice but the hours were a little limited. When we fancied a drink and ice-cream at 6pm it was closed.
