The staff were absolutely wonderful. Special shout-out to Christina that runs the kids club. We saw her most days to help entertain our 3-year-old, especially on days where it wasn't really possible to visit the pool or beach. She thought up a lot of fun little activities for the kids to do. While we were there, they were just gearing up for the season, and should have a bigger selection of things to do shortly. The wifi across the whole facility was good, and mobile signal filled in when outside of the complex - no deadzones noticed. The TVs provided in the room were Android TVs, which was great for us as we could load up YouTube for some music or videos. The curtains in the bedroom did a good job of blacking out the light, so our 3-year-old was able to sleep well.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are serves at fixed times, 08:00-10:00, 13:00-14:30 and 19:00-21:00, which was a little late for us. The kids disco was also held at a later time, great for the older kids, but not so much for the younger ones that are used to eating earlier.

We had a great holiday at Sol Parc hotel from start to finish. The staff were very helpful, spoke multiple languages fluently and we're great with kids, they made us feel remembered. The location so close to the sea, with the pretty boardwalk through the dunes was really nice. The sea was warm and calm, beach not too busy either (early June). There was lots of fresh seafood on the menu. The hotel amongst the pine trees offered a beautiful setting and nice shade. The offer of holding our bags after we checked out was expected, but the offer of a shower that evening was a surprise and very welcome. Overall we're very happy, and recommend it highly.

Some of the buffet could have been better labelled, as a vegetarian it was sometimes hard to know what items contained meat. Also all of the entertainment was in French, a mix of languages would have been nice.

We liked the stay in the hotel very much. Our apartment was spacious and cleaned every day. We enjoyed evenings at the terrase. The food in the restaurant was good with variety of choices for every taste. We appreciate the pool for children, playgroud and mini disco. Supermarket and bars in the hotel zone were also a big plus. Beautiful beach is just few minutes walk. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They made effort to fulfill our request to take a shower after check-out. Very recommended!

The local beach is perfect and very easy access with a short walk. The flat is well equipped, the market in the complex is excellent with friendly staff. The breakfast is really good. The swimming pools are very clean and well maintained. My kids loved the clubinho and disco with kids activities.

The breakfast finishes at 10 am. Would be best 11 am. It is really hard with kids, with the sun shining until 9:30 pm. It is difficult to get the kids into bed early especially during the holidays.

Good location, 20-30 minutes by car from the airport, close to the beach, many activities for the children. Lots of shade during the day.

This is a family hotel, therefore many small kids, something to be aware off. The animation was only in French. The apartment rooms are a bit outdated and could be renovated. The food was repetitive-not so many options. If you come later you need to stay in the que for the breakfast or dinner.

The staff were incredibly friendly throughout my stay. Great location, very peaceful. I especially enjoyed the breakfast – fresh and delicious every morning. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Overall, the room was comfortable, but I did notice a few strands of hair on the shelf near the toilet sink and in the shower. A bit more attention to detail in the cleaning would really enhance the experience.

Great location - in the middle of pine trees. Comfortable beds and room, and basic but usable kitchen. Close to the nice beach and couple of supermarkets and restaurants. Amazing and very helpful staff throughout.

The noise from the entertainment in the evening until 11pm was quite loud and shocking. From the 10th day onwards we had invasion of ants, but the staff dealt with them very quickly

Very polite and helpful staff. Good sized rooms with a big balcony, a small kitchen and a good bathroom. The hotel is very unique as it's full of trees all around, so it has a very natural feeling. The beach is a 5 minutes walk from the hotel through a beautiful path. The Son Parc beach is really beautiful with turquoise water. Ping pong tables in the middle of the trees. Decent sized swimming pool also in the middle of trees. Mini golf course with 18 courses, again merged in the natural environment with trees all around.

The vegetarian options in the restaurant for dinner are very very limited. Although at our request some vegetarian option (usually grilled vegetables) were prepared just for us and served to us on the table. The kitchen did not have any cleaning products, so we had to buy them as we cooked.

I prefere the sound and music of the activities lower.

We had a nice apartment in front of the small pool, it was clean and had a nice view, the pines are brilliant in a hot summer. Food was nice, had a lot to choose. The beach was stunning, white sand, clean water…set of loungers with umbrella was 20eur/day. Island is really beautiful, we liked it.
