Apartment was very clean and spacious with decent cooking facilities and fridge/freezer . Apartment was downstairs so quite peaceful.Restaurant staff very helpful and friendly . When I complained that the fried eggs at breakfast were too cold to be edible , I was offered freshly cooked ones by Manolo , which I accepted . We were offered freshly cooked eggs each morning after . Unfortunately the 2nd time they were offered , I accepted , but they were very undercooked . I gave up after that .

Sofa in the apartment was quite uncomfortable . Despite somebody coming to fix the tv Ariel we could only get bbc channels some of the time . Food in restaurant was nearly all unacceptably cold. Whilst I very much appreciated that there were some activities , the young woman who supervised the activities was superficially cheerful but was lacking in knowledge about many of the activities and seemed disorganised and in a rush to get them finished . Losing all interest in the guests as soon as her time was up . Not a natural I feel .

The hotel complex is well organized. A supermarket is in front of the reception. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms.

The boiler is installed in the wardrobe of one the rooms and it's quite noisy when it heats the water, so take earplugs with you ;) Some furniture needs refurbishing or replacement already.

The staff was really helpful, the breakfast wasn.t included and i paid each time i got to the dinning room. breakfast was both continental and British. Salad and vegetable were missing at the buffet. but the choice was multiple for every taste really. i enjoyed my stay.

We loved the pool, the maid service, the apartment, the balcony. The staff were great. We bought a three day pass for three breakfasts and three dinners which could be mixed and matched (i.e. just breakfast one day, just dinner one day or both. We usually ate out at night if we had breakfast in hotel for example, as lots of restaurants). Location was excellent right next to beach and restaurants. Kids club and entertainers were very good.

There was not enough entertainment on the evenings, we stayed for two weeks and out if 14 nights there was entertainment provided four times. For the price we paid they should have had entertainment every night! The measure came out for pouring drinks, which are priced high. First time we have ever encountered a measure in a Spanish bar. This was on your first drink!! We therefore mostly bought drinks from super market or at a different bar or restaurant after dinner in evenings.

Great location. On the underrated north side of Menorca. Pool area with nice views and easy access to the beach and hiking trails. Activities daily for the kids and entertainment at night. Resturants nearby and acces to hiking trails. From check in to every interaction with staff all very good.

Small issues that hotel seemed to be a bit dated. But rooms clean with newer furniture. Also if you don’t have a car hotel is far away from other activities on Menorca. Otherwise you have everything close by including a well stocked grocery store

Excellent location. Pool area is great. Close to beaches and restaurants and bars.

Stairs everywhere, not easy access for prams at all. Also, children's play area rubber matting needs urgent replacement as numerous trip hazards and material has gone hard and causes injury when young children trip up on lifting tiles. Also, something needs to be done in bar area particularly to sort mosquito problem. Sitting down for a drink and being bitten to death means no-one uses the bar which is a shame.

Very good location; big & smaller beautiful & huge beaches very near. Many pools. Beautiful scenerys. Bus stop near. Very good supermarket near. Hiking route near. Peaceful to sleep.

Children & noise in the adult’s pool. Too small terrace. Blankets; not modern. Not coffee maker. Just a little bit old fashion kitchen & equipments.

The location was fantastic, Platja del Arenal was just 3min walk. The place itself was very good, plenty of space by the pools with a bar and music. Our room was also very good, no sea views but it didnt matter to us, the little kitchen had everything we needed and more and everything was very clean. They do buffet at night and it was very good, lots of options from salads to mains and puddings and everything was very tasty. All the staff was super friendly from people from reception, the housekeeping and the animation team doing games and keeping all the kids entertained around the pool. Lots of parking outside. I will definitely come back here.

The toilets were a bit dated, but very clean. The sofa wasnt the most comfortable, but again we didnt came to watch TV all day so it didnt really mattered much.

Breakfast was a bonus - great selection . Our room had a small set of steps straight to the pool - one of 3 - so perfectly located - short walk down to the beach. whole complex is kept really clean.

the 2 bed apartment is great - perhaps just getting a bit tired on the decor but very clean.

we were happy we had two bedrooms and a kitchen area. We are a family of four and it can be hard to find apart-hotels the choice is often standard hotel or villa. We were half board and made lunch back at our room which works well for us.

The stairs down to the apartments had really dodgy handrails. A child was sick in the smaller pool and the staff scooped it out but did not close the pool or treat it with any chemicals etc so that wasn’t very nice. Personally found the beach a lot of effort back up the steps in the heat but it was a nice beach.
