Nothing wrong with hotel Just be warned that it's a ten minute walk in the evening to find dinner. Take advice from reception and maybe book any meal out. Never been anywhere where the first question is have you booked...when the place is empty ..and when you do reserve you seem to be treated like a god...very weird. We soon caught on and just phoned ahead.

The hotel was clean and bright and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were comfortable and spotless too. We enjoyed the mini spa area where we could swim and relax. It was an excellent bonus that you had the wonderful green room for guests, we were very grateful to sit in comfort whilst being able to have a coffee or drink and even a healthy snack in between our plans; this was a fabulous bonus to our stay.

Not very much could have been better. There is very little that we found negative about our stay with you.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable; and breakfast options were plentiful. We particularly liked the Green room where snacks and drinks were available at little or no cost. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to many restaurants and shops as well as the bus station with its amazing range of options for touring the island.

We experienced no problems but considered it a pity that some guests clearly abuse the Green room system, using it to sate their appetite to the exclusion of others.

- the green concept of the hotel was really nice. Throughout the hotel you are reminded that you can safe water and energy with small things - snacks are provided from 15:00-6:00, and drinks all day long - breakfast buffet was good, a lot of choices of sweet and savoury food and freshly prepared eggs - the team is very nice and helpful, problems were managed in time, taxi or car rental really quick - the room was fine, not to old and not to exciting - towels for the pool are provided up on request by the hotel

- the pool area could be more inviting, there is no pool bar or similar to just sit there, even though the sitting area in the lobby is nice, a place to sit outside and enjoy the afternoon/day would add a nice touch - the bathroom could use a makeover, especially the shower felt a little old compared to the rest - there is no good parking (but this is more a Mao problem than a hotel thing)

The rooms were beautiful, the pool area was very serene. Never over crowded with an additional sun lounge area which was nice and breezy. The breakfast was delicious and the cooks made beautiful fresh eggs perfectly fried or scrambled , omelettes, crispy bacon as well as plenty of healthy options. The restaurant hostess with the short blonde hair was very warm and helpful. As well as her there was a chef who also hosted us one morning I did not catch her name but she wore blue mascara and was also very kind. The reception team were very accommodating, especially the man with blonde hair he helped us a couple of times and was always pleasant polite and a credit to the hotel. The rooms were cleaned beautiful and very spacious and included with our stay was complimentary drinks and snacks which was a very nice touch. They also provided us with towels for by the pool as well as robe and slippers, a note and some sweets which was a nice touch.

The only thing I would change would be that smoking would be permitted on the balcony and the beds were less squeaky but these are very minor and do not effect my desire to return.

Staff go above and beyond..so helpful. Super clean and comfy rooms with everything you need. Our shower sprayed all over floor in room 104.. we were given towels but either rainfall shower head needs changing for smaller or wooden mats would prevent wet feet in bathroom. We were given towels but it needs sorting. Free snacks and drinks was a lovely touch during day and night. One guest made popcorn and handed us a bowl! Didn’t use the spa and pool area as only stayed for one night but it all looked fab.

The pool area on the roof was lovely, you could get towels from reception. The Green room was a good feature, with complimentary snacks and drinks. Good shower and comfortable bed

We knew that the room did not have a view, however we were promised a balcony, which in our room was so small that you couldn´t sit out on it so a pointless waste of space, plus the back of the hotel where our room was located was overlooked by apartments which were untidy to say the least.

The hotel is located perfect in the city center. We really enjoyed our stay - also thanks so much for the free snacks (nuts, salad, sandwiches) and drinks in the evening (wine included). What a nice treat! The wellness is also very nice with pool, sauna (and Turkish sauna), Solarium (/rooftop) and a garden place.

They rarely speak English with you, but it wasn’t a problem - I had a Spanish friend with me :)

The 24/7 snack bar was great, breakfast too.. the hamam (steam sauna) was small but great and for a one night stay everything was in order.

I don't like single beds, and asked in advance for a big one,.. The location is not so great, and air-conditioning is so-so.. but overall I am happy with the stay, and might consider staying again (mostly thanks to the snack bar!) 😁

I really like the facilities. The roof top spa was amazing and a great addition to the hotel experience. The courtesy snacks and drinks were really good and appreciated. Overall a great stay. Will definitely come back or stay in one of the sister hotels.

The internet was a little slow which made it difficult to watch TV on YouTube etc...
