This by far was one of the BEST hotels I have ever stayed at! From staff being being friendly, professional, and helpful. Our room was SQUEAKY CLEAN! I love that you offer Dove soap in the showers and sink area because I use it all the time at home! Housekeeping took the time to make a cute animal arrangement on our bed with towels. I admire the floor plans of the room! Staff ensured that every area of the hotel was clean and smelled good, even the elevators!

If I had to make a small complaint it would be that I wanted grits for breakfast on Saturday but it was not offered and EXACTLY at 10:00am, the kitchen staff started turning off the lights while people were trying to get the last few items for breakfast! I TRULY understand that they close at 10:00am but I thought turning off the lights was a little rude. I felt they should have given the customers a 5 minute warning to say "we will shut the buffet down in 5 minutes" or something to that nature. The food was excellent and this hotel is the only one that I have gone to that offers soft drinks, so that was a PLUS!

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The facilities were modern, very clean and comfortable. Our room was large and the amenities (fridge, kitchenette, etc.) were great! The bathroom was large and bright and the shower was sizeable with good water pressure. They have Dove brand products in the bathrooms which was lovely! The breakfast was the best I have seen available in a hotel lately! Good coffee, pastries, toast/bagels, yogurt with granola, fruit, eggs, sausage, potatoes, grits, cereal, everything you could want! And although the breakfast buffet was busy each morning, the counters and floors were clean, utensils were clean and there was plenty of food to go around! Overall, a fantastic experience! It being pet friendly was also a huge plus!

Very satisfied with all aspects of our stay! I really couldn't ask for a better location, amenities, cleanliness, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff!

The front desk is always amazing!

The food was not like it used to be. It was the same thing, boring. You can only eat so much sausage! People were taking to go containers in bags so food was not available. The tables were dirty. Usually the kitchen staff is attentive and friendly. They stayed mostly in the kitchen. I stay here every 2 to 3 months. Was so disappointed this time.

Stayed on the 3rd floor. Water pressure in the shower was awesome! We took our dogs and the outside grounds for them was great and very clean. Lots of other customers walking their dogs as well and is an enjoyable pet friendly hotel. The staff was incredible and everything was great. Generous suite with all the amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for pet friendly stays.

I don't have anything to say about the dislikes. I thought and experienced a great stay.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious! So many options including gluten free products, which was perfect for our family. The staff, especially housekeeping, are very kind and attentive. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. We love that every room has a kitchen and full fridge. Also very happy with the areas for dogs and dog waste bags provided on site.

There were loud drunk people yelling in the courtyard every night, all night. Literally from 2am until 6am. They also made a mess of the courtyard throwing food scraps and swimming in the pool after hours. I was pretty shocked no one did anything about it. I didn’t feel safe taking my dog out at night and stayed inside with the doors locked.

The room was spacious, clean, brightly lit, and well-appointed. The breakfast was tasty and had number of offerings. The pool looked clean and well organized, though I didn't try it ... it was a bit chilly.

This was starting to shape up to be a 5-star experience until breakfast. This is a pet-friendly hotel; however, there need to be limits. There was a lady in the dining room with her French Bulldog. Mind you, the dog was not seated under the table, which to me would have been "iffy", but was seated on one of the chairs at the table. When I asked the management if this was acceptable, they gave me very hearty, NO! They went to talk to her, then left. Nothing changed. She continued to sit at the table, feeding the dog from her plate and using the same fork to eat with. Just, yuck! It didn't make for a good dining experience. Thumbs down to that!

Breakfast was outstanding; fresh, great choices, excellent is every respect; clean; staff very helpful and kind. No shortages, and all displays appealing. Room was specious, clean, well laid out; bed was comfortable; shower was specious and well maintained. Meeting room and lobby were perfectly arranged and comfortable. Entire staff and front desk personnel were professional, courteous, helpful and friendly.

Good amenities, clean, updated rooms

The fact the you have to pay a "pet fee" for each pet, especially when each dog was under 10lbs. If one dog damages something you still have to pay for it. I could understand if the dogs were over a certain size, due to more damage potential. Not with a dog that can't even jump on the bed in assisted.

The amenities in the room. There was a fully functional small kitchen area, complete with everything (right down to salt and pepper) you'll need to prepare meal in the room. Never been in a room that was complete as this one was.

Nothing...Room far exceeded expectations.

The location was very convenient to my areas of travel. While I didn’t use it, I was very impressed with the onsite laundry - at no additional charge. The breakfast had enough variety for my party.

The good news was the carpet had just been shampooed. However, it was not dry and there was a very strong odor.
