The staff is amazing, excellent breakfast, clean rooms.

Issue with smoking by other guests; as a result one of our rooms and the hallways always smelled like smoke.

Staff was great, very hospitable. Breakfasts are amazing, very tasty and there's a lot of different dishes. The design of the whole hotel is really nice - having pleasure just walking by inside hotel :) Mattress is solid, I like such. Great shower. Very clean and quiet room.

Pillows are quite high and a bit soild. It was ok for me, but for someone this could be a problem. Also, room was a bit small, quite narrow aisles between bed and table, bed and closet. It's ok if you're alone, but can be tough if you're a couple. But I think if you're not spending a whole day in hotel room, this won't be a big problem

We had an amazing stay at Highgarden Tbilisi Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the room was spotless and beautifully designed, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful and welcoming – we felt right at home. Everything was truly perfect – from the comfort of the bed to the small thoughtful details in the room. The only small downside was the breakfast, which could use a bit more variety, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi. Thank you, Highgarden, for making our trip so special!

It’s a little away from city center Not many eating options or shops near the hotel

Location was close to the airport, Room was really spacious, breakfast was good, and the daily housekeeping services was excellent.

The area around the hotel isn't tourist friendly, nothing much around the area. The hospitality isn't what was expected, compared to other hotels where the staff would greet the guests even with a simple hello and smile. The meals in the breakfast area should atleast have a label so guests will have an idea of the food they're eating.

The hotel looks stylish. The rooms were clean and comfy. They have air conditioner which was great during hot weather. I liked the breakfast, there was a variety of options, worked for vegetarians as well. We stayed only one night and for the short stay it worked well. Four of us were supposed to stay in a suite with two rooms, but this was unavailable. We got two separate rooms and two bottles of wine instead :)

Water did not go well in the sink and in the shower in the room I stayed. That was a little nuisance, because we stayed just a night. The windows in our rooms faced the road, sometimes it was a bit loud (if windows are open) because of the cars passing by. The shower worked strange: from time to time water just suddenly became cold.

My stay at the hotel was exceptional due to the outstanding customer service and beautifully appointed rooms, creating a truly memorable experience. A Special Thanks to the Exceptional Receptionists: Mariami, Eka, and Nino.

I genuinely enjoyed every aspect of my stay and have no complaints to share. Everything was to my satisfaction.

New building with comfortable rooms, I had a room with a balcony with a city view. Friendly staff, superb cleaning service. Location is ok, 10 mins by taxi or car from the center. Property is reasonably priced and overall exceeded my expectations.

The only thing I would recommend to improve is breakfast. The choice of dishes is pretty small with limited vegetarian options, only one type of cheese and it’s salted.

Clean and cozy. Nice view, I had the room looking on the East so the early sunshine was sooo good. Nice balcony with the city view. The hotel is located on a clean quiet street. Very nice big and comfortable lobby. The stuff was very hospitable and made my very late arrival comfortable. I am grateful to Nino!

Strange that hot water in the shower all of a sudden turned to cool, twice. That was unpleasant.

I chose this hotel for my business trip and was generally satisfied. The hotel rooms are clean. And the staff is friendly and helpful. Although it is the same price as the hotels in the neighbourhood, they can provide more facilities and there is a warmer atmosphere. The hotel is at the same distance from the airport and the city centre. You can walk from the hotel to the city centre.

The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good.
