Spacious villa (Deluxe Suite Villa) with good size private pool, living and dining area. Love that breakfast menu is extensive for 8 days stay and served in the villa! Decent size fridge that has both chiller and freezing compartments. Big bath tub that fits 2 persons comfortably and nice outdoor shower. Staff was courteous, cheerful and helpful. Great Location, it is walking distance to Lake Lagoi (great for walking and jogging) and Lagoi Bay where there are weekend street stalls with yummy and cheap local food, mini mart, a few eating places and a bar.

The villa is a bit aged, some sprucing up would be great. Kitchenette could be more equipped with microwave, wine glasses, cutleries. Hand and face towels could be provided in the bathroom. Shampoo and shower gel could be in containers that work better. The pavilion next to pool should have mattress and cushions to be comfortable for usage, otherwise it is under utilized space.

Location was peaceful and relaxing. Clean environment. Wide open space. A super clean and quiet beach very nearby. Minimart and few eateries around to quench your stomach. Huge villa. Clean and beautiful. Staff we’re super on dot to response. Free shuttle to and fro from ferry terminal. Late check out was given! Early check in too!

Shopping mall. You need to take taxi to Tanjung Pinang. Which is not too bad after all. Easy taxi booking and wonderful driver. They did not provide face towel’s until requested. Towels could have been bigger. Breakfast was average- could provide more variety.

The area was quiet and it was easy to get a good nights' sleep. The beds could fit 3 pax if you squeeze! With 2 pax it was large enough that the quilt could be shared comfortably. Located near a nice sandy beach but due to winds the red flag warning swimming is not allowed was always up during our stay. Of course you could take a swim at your own risk. Lots of jellyfish warnings as well.

Pool was not maintained well. Some tiles had completely come off or were loose and you would see "rusting" on the tiles. Breakfast was average but I feel that the indonesian food menu such as roti canai was executed better than the western menu. For drinks just choose juice, others taste pretty watery. Plaza lagoi was mostly empty. Walking around the area we could count the number of shops open on one hand.

A wonderful villa with its own private pool, offering a truly relaxing retreat. The super king bed and spacious bathroom, complete with a bathtub and outdoor shower, added to the luxurious experience. My wife and I had an incredibly peaceful stay, a perfect escape from our hectic work schedules. To top it off, we indulged in two days of full-body massages and spa treatments, making the getaway even more rejuvenating. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil and refreshing vacation!

While the villa offers a beautiful and relaxing experience, it's important to be mindful of the surroundings. Avoid leaving food or drinks outside the living room, as monkeys may come and take them. Keeping foods and drinks in the refrigerator is the best option. Additionally, keeping the lights off at night when you go to bed is advisable, as they tend to attract bees seeking warmth in early morning. The nearby mall was a bit of a disappointment, with only a handful of shops open for business. Hopefully, the upcoming Mustafa store will bring more vibrancy to the area. A great stay overall, but being aware of these small details can help ensure a more comfortable experience.

The Location was nice, a very short stroll down to the beach. The Villa was spacious and clean but the shower area needed a bit more lighting for the nights. The doors to the bathroom area needs to have a lock installed for locking the doors from inside the bedroom. This will help secure the Bedroom better at night. Hotel staff were wonderful. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Not enough shops around the area for afternoon snacks and dinner at night. There are 2 restaurants and a beach bar but all serve almost the same dishes. Tasty and okay if your staying for 2 nights. You would not have much more variety of food if you stayed longer. Prices across most of the shops are a bit more pricey when compared to Batam and Bali.

Service was exceptional. Breakfast being included was great. The villas were spacious and comfortable. The entire villa was well connected, between the room, bathroom, pool and patio. The walk into the villa was pretty.

We did not end up using the pool, as the water was still, and it there ended up being many dead insects in it. However, I did not request for the room to be made up (despite being asked) and I am not sure if the pool may have been cleaned if such a request was made. Shampoo is not the best and it was very difficult to open the toothpaste.

Staff are super friendly and willing to assist. Response are prompt.

Breakfast can be improve with more variety and perhaps options to choose the portions/size of food because it isn't enough compare to resort that serves buffet breakfast. Also main pool can be better with some chill relaxing music and the pump to be on throughout the pool opening time. Overall still a nice experience in Kamuela Villa.

The private pool was awesome, rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious, well lit and well equipped, outdoor dining area was cozy, staff were very friendly and attended to our every need promptly and in a fuss-free manner, excellent service throughout my 4 nights stay from checkin through checkout. Lots of places to sit around and tables and shelves to put our things.

The pool floor has some sand / sediments around the edges, but it's not really a major issue. The smooth grey floor just outside the rooms / beside the pool decking can be quite slippery when wet.

The Villa we had was spacious and clean. The pool size is just nice for us family of 3 and it is clean. The water depth is just nice not too deep or not too shallow. We love that the breakfast is served to us in the room. Good portion and taste-wise is ok. Communication is all via WhatsApp and it is very convenient for us. They also provide 2 way transport to ferry terminal. We rented their BBQ pit on the first night and were pleasantly surprised that they got the charcoal burning when sent to the room. We only left to BBQ. I would recommend to bring your own BBQ food and items from SG as there are no shop/supermarket selling those items in Bintan. The villa do have BBQ packages but the price is quite steep. The villa is located near the Lagoi Beach and the mall which is dead except for couple massage parlour. The prices is cheap compared to the hotel. We learned that only on weekends there is some booths selling local food and delicacies such as burger and bakso even bubble teas. There are also a couple other seafood and local food restaurants around the area and a pub. The beach was nice but the time we came there were no swimming allowed as the waves were quite strong.

Being natured-theme, insects should be expected but it was not that bad. Only thing to note is not to put food on the kitchen counter as it quickly attracts ants. What bothers me a lot about this villa is the fact that there are no direct access from the pool to the toilet. You need to cross the bedroom before getting to the toilet which is kind of annoying as you get the bedroom floor wet. I hope the villa can consider putting a stairs on the other side of the pool that connects to the toilet. Also do take note that the villa has a strict 2 people policy per villa, so any additional headcounts even kids will have extra charges despite the booking portal I booked through indicates child below 12 is free. Other that that, is it still pleasant stay and I will come back again.

The air circulation are good, the space are spacious, internet fast, food are nice (especially I have tried nasi campur, nasi goreng, kwetiau goreng). The driver was also very kind and friendly, enjoy snorkeling, kayaking and fishing at finding nemo.

Sound proof not very good, I able to hear other villa talking. The private pools water pressure was switch-on around 7am and create some noise. I tried the public pool but it cover with a-lot of leaf (probably because after raining). The owning glass are dirty (especially above bathtub and private pools area). The massage was good but just the scrub makes my room a bit dirty.
