Excellent location of the hotel, close to the center, there is a supermarket across the road. The hotel was quiet and calm. The staff is very friendly, helpful. Breakfast is not so varied, but tasty enough, there is everything you need to eat. At any time of the day you can use the coffee machine, drink tea.

the room is a bit small, but the bathroom is big, it could have been reduced in favor of the room, there was no heating in the bathroom itself, since we were there in winter, I think it would have been useful for comfort, it was cool to undress, the windows faced the street.

The hotel is well located, less than 10 minutes walk from the main railway station and a further 10 minutes walk to the main sights in Colmar. We arrived before the check-in time and were able to store our luggage in lockable cupboards in the basement - we also made use of this facility on the second day of our trip. The hotel was clean and comfortable and is situated in a safe area. All appliances worked. The hotel staff were available on reception and were helpful and friendly. A buffet breakfast was offered. The hotel seems to cater for all ages - there was a football machine in the foyer.

The room we had was quite small and the beds were narrow.

This hotel was wonderful. A 7 minute walk from the train station. The lady on reception was very polite and helpful and even gave me a map on which she marked popular sights. The room was plenty big and well decorated. The hotel is close to all the sights and is a 10 min walk to the centre. The breakfast was very good. Coffee, juices, pastries, bread, cheeses, yoghurt, etc. If I return to colmar, I would stay here again

For around 5 mins there was a buzzing in the room, I still can't be sure what it was, but deduced it was the pipes when the room above turned the water on. Also the shower being in the room would be awkward for friends!

Very friendly staff, and the entire hotel was very beautifully styled, colourful and modern. Located conveniently with free street parking right outside the front door. The room was very comfortable and modern. We were pleasantly surprised to be given a room with a balcony. The shower was good, and there's free hot drinks at the lobby 24/7. The breakfast was included and was decent.

The room lacks a bit of storage space for luggage, and the bathroom ventilation could be a bit stronger, as the showers were not separated from the bedroom itself.

It is a fantastic hotel where you can really feel at home. The staff is soo helpful in a every need you have.u feel like you are staying at your friends. Sandra- is my favorite 😍. Even if she didn't know the answers to all my questions, she was always here to help, finding information, calling to the restaurants, etc. The breakfast is very good to, though only cold plates, but the choice is impressive for France! A huge plus is a comfy lobby where you can have your free hot drinks 24/7!!! Also there is a good eqiped kitchen in case you need to warm something for you and eat at yhe hotel. Additional complement for the luggage room with free lockers where you can leave your luggage before or after checking in/out. And of course the mattress, linen and pilows are of top quality like at a good 5 star hotel.

The light in the room is not enough, too dark.

The location is great, can easily walk into the city less than 10 mins, and train station is also less than 10 mins away. The breakfast was good, and had everything we needed. They also had a coffee machine which you could use throughout the say for hot drinks and a microwave if you wanted to heat your own food up.

The room was very small, and the air con didn't seem to be working (we didn't let them know) we just opened a window but it was by a busy road. We were only staying for 2 nights so it didn't bother us too much.

Check in was easy. The room was just as the pictures showed. Breakfast was good and had variety.

A very small thing, which would not make it rate any lower, but there was an off/on buzzing like a phone ringing silently on a table the entire time we were there. It went throughout the night and day over the two days and nights. We still dont know what it was, but if we had stayed longer we would have spoken to reception as it would have become an issue.

Location, very close to the train station & also bike rental. The bike rental is literally next to the train station which is so convenient. And also their breakfast is good, even though we thought there will be salad for breakfast, but there isn’t, which is fine. The unlimited coffee and tea service is perfect! Love the lounge area where everyone can just sit there and do their things/ talking to friends/ rest & chill.

At night when we had to enter the hotel from the side gate as we used bicycle, there was a drunk man standing there which made us very uncomfortable. Luckily you had to let the hotel staffs know then they open the side door for you, so the lady helped us to open the side door and was there with us till we went back in.

It really did feel like home, I loved the bright and cheery decor. Very comfortable. The staff are so super friendly and helpful. The breakfast and shared spaces are always open and coffee and tea available 24/7. The location is an easy walk to the train station and all the sights with a supermarket across the road. A bonus is the luggage storage space. I would definitely stay here again. I was sad to leave!

I’d have liked a latch on the inside of the bedroom door. Only because I was travelling solo.

The atmosphere was immediately warm and welcoming. The reception is the whole if the ground floor and can be used as a snack bar or coffee lounge. We ate out at lunch but bought food in the evening and ate in the lounge. Home cooked pots of food were available in a fridge in the lounge and there was a microwave and tea/coffee were freely available. I loved this idea and it worked well for us. Breakfast was good, good choices and help yourself. It is between the station and the old town and quiet at night. All together we really enjoyed it but I would suggest it is more functional than relaxing.

The room was a bit small if I'm honest but fine for a short stay.
