Basic sliced bread, European milk and cereal, as well as instant coffee are included without extra charge. Great convenience for a quick bite if you're in a hurry. That is all there is to expect, nothing more. No disposable tableware are used, but there is no cookware available for you to use the blocked off cooktop in the kitchen. So, it is not possible to really cook anything beyond instant noodles/oatmeal or something microwavable. The owners are very nice, but do expect limited English abilities from them.

Very clean bathroom, but there's no separate shower area or bathtub in the bathroom. So, if you're not careful while taking a shower, the entire bathroom floor will be wet! The walls don't have good soundproofing either, so anyone who talks loudly can hear through the walls. Do keep in mind that it is about 15-20 minutes from the Incheon airport, and an hour from central Seoul. So, it isn't an entirely convenient location. For an overnight stay for a long flight transit layover, it is good value for the price, since closer hotels near the airport either cost more or are much older. The very new and clean facilities makes the location inconvenience worth it.

A great place to stay for a quiet night or two, especially during transit or before an early flight from Incheon Airport. The Unseo railway station (two stops from ICN) is about 10 minutes' walk to the guesthouse, and so is a Lotte Mart near the station. Lots of restaurants around and there is also a convenience store about 5 minutes' walk from the guesthouse. The guesthouse seems new, so everything is new and spanking clean. While the kitchen is communal, the room has ensuite bathroom. And the room rate is budget-friendly too.

Am okay with the no-cooking (and no instant noodles) policy in the shared kitchen, but an English guide on how to use the microwave would have been helpful if guests checked in late or can't go out in the rain and need to heat up some sandwich or fast food.

It was very close to the airport, my flight arrived later than 00:00 and they sent me a message how to check in on my own.

Very close to airport and close to eateries. Very clean and modern. Comfy beds. Very quiet at night. The owners were very nice and accommodating extra requests. We liked the rain shower. There was a communal kitchen and eating area shared by two guestrooms which helped to have a bit of extra space and make snacks in the evening plus the free breakfast in the morning. Good value for money.

The bedroom is fairly small for 3 people with little storage space for big suitcases, but as we only had carry on luggage it was okay. Whilst the aircon above the bed worked very well, it had a bright green light at night. It didn't bother the rest of my family, but it bothered me. So, eye shades are recommended for those light sensitive people. It wouldn't put me off though from using the guest house again.

Great location - many nice restaurants and cafes in the area, including 24hr ones. The airport shuttle was an excellent service, and the driver very friendly. Flexible check in and check out appreciated. Able to leave bags in CCTV monitored lobby for extended period after check out before we left Incheon.

The bed was pretty hard, and sleep was difficult. Could have been the jetlag, could have been our own stress. The induction stove was inaccessible, due to rules of the guesthouse. Airfryer and microwave worked well otherwise.

I arrived around 9:30pm and checked out the following morning at 7:30am. Even though I was only there physically for 10 hours, I really enjoyed everything about my stay at the Incheon Airport Guest House King. The directions that were provided were thorough and excellent -- much appreciated since I was arriving via public transportation. There were a lot of restaurant options in the area but for me the fact that there were 2 CU convenience stores close by was perfect. It was a quiet area (it was a Wednesday evening). The facilities were super clean and cutely decorated. The elevator was much appreciated; one of the nicest/cleanest hotel elevators I've ever been in. I was really looking forward to washing up once I arrived at the hotel, and the shower was absolutely heavenly. Hot water, super strong water pressure, a large space so that I didn't feel confined at all like I have in the bathrooms of other accommodations. There were large bottles of premium body wash, shampoo and conditioner available, as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste. I found these items especially helpful since it meant I didn't have to unpack and repack my toiletries at all (I can be picky, especially when it comes to hair care products). The hostess had checked me in and showed me around very efficiently. Once that was done, I made arrangements with her for transportation to the airport in the morning. She asked what time my flight was departing and confirmed what terminal had been assigned. (I really appreciated this because my experience with another accommodation was that the taxi driver just assumed I was flying internationally and dropped me off at the wrong terminal.) The pick-up time for the airport in the morning was right on time. The ride to the airport was seamless, no traffic at all and stress-free. Yes! Couldn't ask for anything more ahead of a 14-hour flight. All in all, I had a great stay at the Incheon Airport Guest House King!

This little hotel near the airport was a perfect place to stay, I was arriving quite late in the evening. I realised at the last minute before leaving Taiwan that I might be best not risking being able to find a simcard easily on arrival, so instead of catching the metro, asked to be picked up by the hotel. They were very responsive and I was given a very warm welcome when I arrived at the hotel. The room was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was very well equipped (fantastic shower), and the location is quiet, and just minutes from the metro to get into the city (1 hour). It was very nice getting up to have breakfast (included), and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay near the airport.

Perfect one night stay before a flight back home. The guesthouse is a few stops away from Incheon Terminal One so it is ideal for those that need to book somewhere close to the airport for an early night. The accommodation kindly arranged a free pick-up for me from the metro station, as I had a big suitcase. I walked back in the morning, which only took 5 minutes. Breakfast was provided, which consisted of cereal, toast, tea and coffee. It was fun to see all the magnets from different cities/locations! The host was very welcoming and overall, the accommodation was great value for money.

I am just wondering why wouldn’t they provide bath towel, just have the face towel, and we had to use the face towel to wipe our body after shower. And inside the room, there is no mirror in the room except in the bathroom , for 3 girls travelling , without mirror in the room is quite inconvenient, would be great if can provide dressing table. It is ok for me since it was a night or short stay but hope it can improve on this for next guest
