The location is excelent, close to the Hellabrunn Zoo, the Mittersendling train station and a small park. The neighborhood is very quiet and you have a Rewe 50 meters away. The apartment was very spacious, very clean and had everything we needed (kitchen utensils, kitchen ware, dishwasher, microwave and electric stove).

Minor inconveniences: - There a few dings and scratches on the walls and furniture, but these are normal usage of the apartments. - You have to take out your own trash when you leave and have to remember to have it sorted for recycling. - There is no cleaning if you have small stays, like 6 nights. It is specified that there is cleaning for longer stays and if you request one on your own you have to pay for it. Also, read the apartment instructions when you arrive.

It is beautiful, modern and well layed out. Love the kitchen with all you need plus a dish washer. Cute cleaning kit. The balcony was such a joy. The double bed was very comfortable. Bathroom perfect with a magnifying mirror! The area and surrounds is very neat. Rewe right across the road is most convenient. One can walk to the Maria Einsiedel Freibad (we took the bus), best swim ever! Then we had supper at Schlössl Asam on our way back. No car needed. Breathtakingly beautiful. We loved every minute of our stay.

No aircon but one can request a van. There was no ashtray although the other balconies had ashtrays. But this is minor. It is a little far from the city but once you get orientated, it is way worth it.

Clear instructions on picking up keycard were provided as we had a late check-in.

Extra bed provided to us was not strong, the wooden slats on it kept falling off One of the balcony doors didn't close cleanly On one of the days in our stay, the back gate was not locked and anyone could enter the facility through it and by ascending fire exit staircase

We hired two suites for my wife and I and three teenagers, what a fantastic and wonderful apartment. We loves the balcony, the set up and the easy of access to public transport suing rhe S and the U to get into Munich Central Station and onto the football stadium. The S is less than four minute walk. All around brilliant stay.

Maybe some more cockery, short on plates etc. Some confusion over parking and gaining access to underground car park and trying to leave the car parking early in the morning. Might have been our miss understanding as to how it works, better instructions I would suggest.

New building , nice large apartment with a balcony facing a quiet street (other apartments face the inner garden). Large and convenient parking.

The residence is in a residential area with just one supermarket and a couple of bars. No other places of interest for tourists, not even for a short walk. The S-Bahn stops just in front of the residence and runs every 15min. It takes 10 minutes to reach the center of the city. If the S-Bahn works the residence seems not to be on the outskirts of the city. If it has problems (as frequently happened on evenings during our stay) it could be difficult to reach the residence (there is a U-bahn + bus). Tourists should be aware of the limits of this place.

The place is located in a quiet, safe and pleasant neighbourhood. It is only 15 minutes away from the city. The apartment is very clean and spacious. We stayed on the apartment with balcony which we loved. The AP walls seems to be thick as we heard absolutely no noise from other apartments. The apartment kitchen had everything we need to prepare meals. The shower is amazing! The towels and bed sheets are clean and smells clean too… no smell of vinegar 🙌🏻. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The plus for me was I could park the rented car on the building garage for free as there is not a lot of parking space around the building. The building has an elevator. There is a grocery shop only 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment with freshly baked pretzels and a delicious cornbread. Petrol station around the corner. We did not use the public transport but the train station is nearby. We loved the place and I would definitely go back in there.

The bed arrangement. We were in 3 in a room with only a double bed. A single bed was put it on the room but very noisy and not comfortable. That was the only thing we did not like it.

Great little apartment for a couple of days. Great shower, good-sized bathroom. Nice little kitchen. Close to public transport. Even had a balcony. Staff were, friendly, and helpful. It was easily accessible as there was a lift, parking was available for extra, and everything was level- no stairs., so it might suit someone with mobility needs. Local train station even had a lift.

Was a bit further out from the city than I realised, so not walking distance to any sights. Needed to catch the train in to do any sightseeing. As we were on a tight schedule, we couldn't really fit that in.. If we'd had more time, that would not have been a problem.

The apartment is located very conveniently - just two minutes away from a train station where you can get to the city centre in 15 minutes. There was a free parking in front of the building (although we found only one free space). There are some shops and cafes nearby. The apartment was comfortable and spacious with nice interior design.

The kitchen could use a bit more of supplies (like sugar, salt, some oil) and utencils (just a few sets available which enforces more frequent cleaning in the dishwasher).

Very modern apartment with heaps of space. Good check in system with the electronic key dispenser. Location right near S Bahn stop 10mins from Munich center of old town. Would definitely stay again

No air conditioning. Pillows uncomfortable but bed comfy. Washing machine advertised but it was in the car park and locked, also had to pay to use it. No clear advice given for check out, was written to return keys to reception but there is no reception on the weekend when we left.

Self contained apartment only 15 mins by train from the centre of Munich so a wonderful location. Information provided for check-in was easy to follow and we had no problem arriving outside of office hours. The apartment was very clean and facilities were excellent for a short stay. The nearest train station was less then 5 minutes walk with direct trains to Munich. We were able to leave our bags at the office on the day of check-out and collect them later in the day. We would definitely stay again.

Difficult to cook anything too much as ony 2 hot plates and limited kitchen utensils. This could be an issue for longer stays.
