The villa was so big and really impressive. We stayed at the courtyard bit that is a 3 min walk or 1 min buggy from the main hotel. We loved this as it was a little bit more secluded but still so easy to get to the hotel. The villa pool was huge. The bed massive and very comfortable. Everything in the room / villa was perfect, well maybe except the a/c that was very loud but they all are aren’t they! Hotel grounds were immaculate and the restaurant food was really nice could not fault it. The beach infront of the hotel was very clean also. And the spa was really nice. We each had 2 treatments and would have loved to have more.

The location of the villa. The amazing staff members. Everything was exceptional. They are available 24/7 and answer quickly. Very respectful. The villas get cleaned by 4/5 staff members at once including the pool and inside. I will definitely be back for a longer stay.

The juices did taste abit weird. However everything else was amazing

The facilities and staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Our villa was very spacious and was sparkling clean and kept this way with daily servicing. Breakfast was included and there was a very extensive menu to choose from including freshly squeezed juices. We had a butler service which was very handy if we needed anything and our mini bar was free and restocked each day.

Unfortunately the beach area at Seminyak has really deteriorated and is very unclean and not well maintained. This is such a shame as it could be very beautiful if the government were to take some time to improve it. Having said that the view from the resort restaurant was such that you did not notice the rubbish on the beach so as long as you stayed in the resort you were none the wiser.

The villa was huge, providing ample space for relaxation. The service from the restaurant, front desk and butlers was outstanding. The staff were attentive and polite. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, catering to different tastes and preferences. I particularly enjoyed my coffee & light snacks during tea time from 2 PM to 5 PM, which was a lovely touch. The hotel’s location is another highlight. Watching the sunset was a breathtaking experience, and it’s conveniently close to Seminyak Square, making it easily walkable. There are plenty of dining options nearby, all within a short walking distance, which adds great convenience for food lovers.

The staff at this hotel are fantastic. I've never been to a place where every staff member seems to know my name, and they even remember my room number. I would highly recommend this hotel based solely on the exceptional service from the staff. Our villa was also amazing—everything we could possibly want and more.

We struggled with food poisoning while we stayed at the hotel. This was not from hotel food but from a local restaurant. Hotel Mexicola - Others have also complained on TripAdvisor who visited the venue on the same night. The hotel looked after us throughout it all. Room service served strange orders at very strange times—like boiled rice and white fish, and lightly toasted bread that was unbuttered. There were a load of other requests like room cleans at strange times and extra water. All these things were just accepted and completed, and both my wife and I cannot thank them enough.

Best Ever Stay – Totally Worth the Price! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the most amazing time during our stay here – truly the best ever resort experience and absolutely worth every penny. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway! We stayed in a one-bedroom pool villa, and honestly, you can’t ask for more. The villa had everything – a private pool, jacuzzi, open shower – pure indulgence and comfort blended perfectly. From the moment we arrived, the welcome and hospitality were warm and exceptional. The team really goes the extra mile to make you feel special. One of the standout experiences was the complimentary afternoon tea, served directly in our villa. It’s the kind of luxury that makes you feel pampered in the best way possible. On one of the days, we had to leave early for an excursion, and they thoughtfully packed us a royal-style breakfast box at 2 AM! That level of service is rare and truly appreciated. Another big plus is the breakfast setup. Unlike most places, here you don’t have to rush – they serve à la carte breakfast till 2 PM, and everything we tried was absolutely top-notch. The direct beach access was a dream, and having dinner with a sunset view was a highlight of our trip. They even allowed a free photoshoot with our personal photographer, something many resorts don’t permit. Huge thanks to the team for being so accommodating! The location is spot-on – just a 2-minute walk to the best vegetarian restaurant “Beach Bowl”, and Seminyak Mall is within walking distance too. Only minor downside – we experienced a delay in food service once at Breeze Restaurant, but that’s honestly a small blip in an otherwise flawless stay. Also, the complimentary offerings – from thoughtful amenities to small surprises – were genuinely attractive and added to the overall value. If you're considering a stay here – just go for it. It’s everything you dream of in a tropical escape and more! 🌴✨

Staff extremely helpful and friendly, resort was small but well laid out without guests being on top of each other. Individual villa was fantastically roomy with it being cleaned / maintained twice a day. There were 4 items of dry cleaning included which was great and the breakfast / lunch / dinner choices were good as well as the quality of the dishes.

Bed was a bit too firm for me.

The butlers were extremely friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and every request was dealt with promptly and with a smile. The villa was beautiful and very clean. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in.

Sometimes, there did not seem to be enough serving staff in the restaurant. Service went from being good one day to having to wait quite a long time to be served the next. However, the staff seemed to be doing their best and kept smiling.

An oasis where we could truly relax, with attentive staff providing a personal touch, whether at the Breeze restaurant or around the pool or at the Spa or just wandering through the grounds. Particularly appreciated the butler service in our amazing Pavilion room, the impromptu fruit bowls and water service at poolside, and our last night romantic island dinner (thank you to Mega for this, and to the whole Samaya team for the excellent service from our arrival to departure). We would love to have stayed longer but will be back !
