The value for money is exceptional. Lots of easy parking right outside, location so easy to get to off the Motorway and very close to the University we visited. We had an accessible room which was so clean, well stocked, huge modern wet room. Interconnecting room if we needed. The Restaurant was such a high standard, actually had some decent wine, unheard of in British hotels unless they are super expensive, and the Bar was Sports, sat on very comfy velvet cinema seats watching the football. I texted my eldest son to tell him how great it was and he told me his employer owns it! Why didn't he tell me! I didn't use the pool or gym but will do next time, lovely to have onsite and also incredible value. Really have had less at famous five star hotels.
It was all lovely, and I don't like to moan when it was all so perfect, although I couldn't get the shower to come out hot and my son, poor thing as he is disabled, had to have a cold shower.

We chose a quiet place with lots of facilities on hand , Village hotel gives us all that which I rate it excellent. Jacuzzi water was worm , jet water was strong so you get massaged all over and feel energetic , stem room all goodThe swimming poll also water was worm and clean . We enjoyed the location which is quiet place and fresh air . Outside of hotel are lots of chairs around so enjoy cup of tea or drinks / food . A large Asda shopping is about 10 minute walking distance. Next to Asda very convenient is a bus stop nr 1 that goes to Southampton or Winchester. Bus nr5 is around Asda. That takes you to town center of Eastleigh. The room was nice and worm all 6 days as we stayed, , good beds , large TV , staff are nice and welcoming as it was described . I

The hotel was clean and great facilities.
Member of staff on reception in the morning being very unhelpful , advised that my parking only lasted until i checked out , even though i paid for 24 hours from 4pm the previous day , when i questioned this , didnt seem intrested and advised that i woukld need to pay again on the machine in the entrance . The machine charged me again for the previous day and another for that day . I didnt feel i could question this as the staff memeber had been very rude previously. No the service i had received from other members of staff ot in other village hotels.

Me and my son loved this place . Breakfast was delicious and lot of choice, friendly staff ...would preferred to have a coffee but not from the coffee machine...otherwise everything was nice . About the room was tidy and clean . Comfortable beds ... Friday and Saturday night we had a couple of girls in the same floor, next door doing to much noise, running and screaming, laughing like crazy wasn't very nice after 22pm. The facilities as gym ,swimming pool and spa wasn't included with the stay ...in my view I think should be included at least the fitness room . We had a lovely time in our weekend. The hotel is not far from the town centre...we had bus nearby to go where we wanted to go and explore Southampton and Stonehege. Happy with our stay. Ana
The noise in the weekend and paying for to access to fitness and swimming pool .

We loved the swimming pool area, which we could use for the whole day for an extra £5 each. The facilities in the health suite are really lovely and clean. The cool off pool, which was 5 Celsius at at time, was a bonus surprise and an amazing experience neither of us had done before. Highly recommend.
The only thing I did not like there was a glass door leading into the toilet and shower area, which means you could see the person sitting on the loo from bed. And that we could not open the window properly, but I think that is a standard nowadays.

Hotel accessibility, overall cleaning and staff friendliness, specially the reception team and bar, the hotel theme feels modern, cosy and inviting, well located specially if travelling for business in and out the motorway with relatively ease. decoration.
Would love to see a further development with perhaps swimming or some sort of SPA facilities. The only constructive note I would state would be the gym noise, unfortunately if you find yourself in a room close to the gym you will definitely be disturbed by the weights being dropped by the lunatics gym goers hitting the gym early morning...!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was brill. Breakfast good and set us up for the day. It is nice to see a busy complex with the gym etc being on site as well.
We had a room at the front of the complex that faces the main road. For about 90 minutes there was motorbikes and cars using the adjacent Asda carpark for a race track. this is very noticeable even with the bathroom window closed. Apparently this goes on most nights but nothing can be done about it. Only complaint really.

I wanted to name and shame Amy. A gentlemen drove from Manchester to Eastleigh after work. Everything was shut. He was really tired and hungry She made him something to eat. I felt like that was going the extra mile for the extra mile. The rooms were very comfortable. The front of house were nice and welcoming. Overall it was a good stay. The company let themselves down in certain areas
I don't like being charged for parking. When staying at hotel as you are buying food and drink. On our last morning we went for breakfast. I got asked if I should have been getting breakfast as my name was not on the list, separately my partner got asked the same thing. Which made me extremely uncomfortable. We arrived late for our day and didn't get advised how to use the air con. It was a really uncomfortable nights sleep as it was extremely hot. Feel there was not enough toiletries and described. Tea,coffee and milk was not replenished We did spill some coffee by accident on sheet. This was not replaced when we got back.

Modern hotel with a nice, easy and quick self check-in process but there was a member of staff on hand should they have been needed. The buffet breakfast was lovely with helpful restaurant staff. It's good that you have the option of paying a little more to use pool/gym facilities during your stay at the hotel if you wish to do so. It was just a short taxi ride away from the venue that we were attending - The Concorde Club in Eastleigh.
The glass door on the bathroom really wasn't ideal. I booked a twin room and was sharing with a friend. We both felt quite uncomfortable having an un-frosted glass door for the bathroom with the access being directly in the room and not even in a hallway. If I had have known this I wouldn't have actually booked the room. It may be an idea to notify customers of this when booking as it is something quite unusual! A little something to do more with the area than the hotel - if you need to travel by taxi - pre-book in advance! There was a really long wait and this is apparently quite common in the area.

A relatively new hotel so decor was modern and clean. It was conveniently located to family for a one night stay within an easy reach of Southampton and Chandlers Ford. There is also access to a pool and gym if needed. I found it useful to have access to the on-site Starbucks as only fancied a light bite at breakfast.
As lots of others have said, the glass bathroom door is an unusual design decision. As I was staying on my own it didn't impact me but it doesn't exactly allow people to have any privacy irrelevant of how close / open your relationship is with your other half.
