Easy to find. Lots of parking. Nice welcome and easy check in with pleasant staff. Very clean room, which is a very good size, with a very comfortable bed. Had a room to the rear which was very quiet with no traffic noise. For the price I paid, it was great value, with nice fluffy clean towels as well. Very happy with my stay, and for a night near Southampton (as I had an early lunch.appointmwnt) certainly fitted the bill, which allowed me an extra couple of hours sleep as only 15 minutes from central Southampton. Would definitely use again if needing somewhere to stay before a day in the area.

It is a little dated, and some of the fittings and panels a little worn, but it is exceptionally clean and very comfortable.

Exceptional value for money, great location, quiet, comfortable, and at the end of a long day, it was a very welcome stop. Special thanks to the lovely receptionist (Karen I think she was called?!) It was lovely to be greeted by a smiley face (and for providing the extra tea bags and VAT invoice in the early hours, when I remembered I had forgotten to ask when I arrived!). Nice powerful and refreshing shower and clipper tea bags were also a plus.

I have spent many nights at various Days Inn, so knew what to expect, but if I had to pick fault, the knob for selecting the shower was missing (room 11), making it a bit of a faff, and the room was showing general signs of being a little tired, however these are just minor things, and would certainly not prevent me from stopping here again :)

I didn't expect much for that price and when I arrived at the Days Inn on a depressing services sliproad I though I had lucked out. Howeve, the staff were extremely helpful and cheery and the room exceeded that of another well known Premiere style overnight stay. The room was spotless and even the remote control was clean and working, surprise! The bed was spotless, neat and very comfy and I slipped into a nice relaxing overnight before the hectic rush of a morning business meeting.

My only gripe is with lack of a vending machine for at least some refreshments.

Brilliant price for a family room for 2 nights! Close to Peppa Pig World that we visited. Comfortable beds and good flow on shower, with a bath that my grandaughter prefers. Free parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful when asking about places to visit/eat.

The room was very hot, but it was very hot weather! No air con or fans in room. Obviously, with the window open, there was traffic noise. Only 1 pillow per person, and when I asked, unfortunately, there were no spares due to the hotel being full. The bathroom could do with an upgrade, and although the room looks clean, there was a toy and some food under the bed. None of these things ruined a very cheap stay in August, close to Peppa Pig World!

I didn't want to spend a lot of money so I chose this as a budget hotel and for what I paid I was very impressed. The room was clean. Heater was great, I actually had to turn it off as it worked so well. Beds were comfortable. Tea and coffee in the room was really appreciated. Road noise was very quiet which I wasn't expecting considering the location. Easy to drive into Southampton for a better choice of restaurants.

Decor looks dated but as said before I chose this as a budget hotel so really wasn't an issue.

Staff, particularly the guy on reception, are first rate. Literally should be working in a 5 star place in the centre of London. The guy could teach customer relations. Huge rooms that were spotlessly clean. Comfy bed and lots of hot water for showers. Nothing you needed for a couple nights stay was missing here.

It’s a motorway lodge style place that likely needed a refurbishment about 10 years ago to keep up with the bigger hotel chains. Few maintenance issues…light flickering, faulty bath tap that ran shower and tap together etc. Nothing major though.

Great location for our stay over, to go to paultons park/peppa pig World (5-10 mins drive away) Friendly, knowledgeable receptionist, giving us good information on places to eat in the evening,. (The Vine Pub, next door to Paultons Park Clean tidy room

No TV guide on the TV, have to manually input channels on remote, and find Internet TV guide Pillows were hard, need new softer pillows Hotel only accessible from one side of motorway, coming back from paultons park/peppa pig World , you have to drive past hotel and turnaround at the next junction (J5)

The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. It was ridiculously hot outside but the staff found us a fan which was brilliant. It's a basic hotel but we only needed a quiet comfy location to rest as we were out spending most of our time at the local theme park. We will return if we come back to that area again it was a very pleasant stay. Parking was right outside the door to reception and check out was a breeze.

Nothing to note, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Staff very nice and helpful. Rooms clean and spacious. A little bit tricky to arrive but until you get used to. we spent five nights in hotel. McDonalds and WH Smith next door opens 24/7 so quite easy to find what you need. Parking is huge and free.

The only thing that needs to be changed is the shower head in the bath since opening to fill the bath you get soaked as they both work together. if i could change one thing in this hotel is the water system in the bath.

Have been coming here for some time , staff are fantastic , the facilities obviously aren't 5 star , it's a motel but the staff treat you as though it was 5 star , the old manager Phil was always fantastic so wondered how it would be once he left, , needn't have worried the new manager Tin Tin is fantastic and went above and beyond to solve a problem that I had , would recommend to anyone 😀
