Very convenient location for anyone who needs to be close to the university, but many quick and cheap travel options right into the city centre too. Apartment and shared spaces (entrance, hallways) were clean and quiet, comfortable beds and living space, clean bath and shower rooms with good towels provided. Would definitely stay again.

No complaints. Tip for anyone staying in Apartment 3 though - if wanting to watch television but getting poor signal, move the black antenna/box sitting on the balcony window up to the next window level, flawless sound and picture when in higher position.

Nice location and comfortable bedding. Plenty of space in the apartment to let my toddler play. No fussy bits (meaning I didn have to hide them away from my toddler). Clear communication and my requests were handled immediately. Peppa pig world and marwell zoo were just 10 to 15 minutes drive away. We got the unit on the 3rd floor and enjoyed using the lift rather than dragging all our bags up. Views from the top were great even though it's surrounded by great big trees. It's close to green spaces and a playground next to a pub.

Self catering places vary in what they provide but usually basics like Salt, pepper, sugar, oven foil and baking paper are usually provided in most places.. they don't here though.. also the unit was clean at first glance but the cupboards and heating vents could do with a proper clean.

Everything was perfect! For anyone looking for a serviced apartment to stay at,in Southampton, in a really nice ,calm and pretty area of this city,please look no further! This apartment is exactly what you need ! The location, the size, the heating, the beds, the calmness and the cleaning services are brilliant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this place for families and friends. Thank you !

NIce apartment with good facilities. It is located on a main road so there was a lot of traffic noise which was a slight problem. We had some difficulty in finding the property as our GPS took us to a neighbouring building but a phone call to the host sorted that issue out easily. Parking was good.

Traffic noise was the main issue and while we were staying there were renovations to the roof which also mean additional noise.

The host kindly texted me the lockbox code the day before so I was able to pick up the keys quickly and gain access to this great flat. It is in a super location for anyone visiting the university or halls of residence and near to the main bus routes so can't be faulted. It has great amenities like a fully fitted kitchen and washing machine for those staying more than a couple of days. This is my second time here and I will definitely return and am delighted to recommend.

There is nothing I disliked about this property.

The apartment was was very clean and had lots of space. Linen and towels were good quality, and there was soap and shower gels in both bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. The bus stop for a direct bus route into the city centre was only a two minute walk away.

There was only one small oven tray, and only one pyrex bowl with no lid for microwave cooking. The dining table would have been small for 4 people. Some noise travelled from the communal corridor when other apartment doors were not closed quietly.

The apartment was super clean. Great size rooms and living room. Extra pillows and towels were available and communal areas were clean and tidy. Communication with the host was great and easy and James always answered my queries quickly and politely. I would definitely stay again.

Nothing. There’s currently scaffolding as the building is being refurbished but it didn’t bother us.

There seemed to be a leak in the ceiling and it was dripping down onto our babies cot ! The damage to the roof showed that the staff knew of the leak and the fooor boards were warped which showed this wasn’t a new issue

Very comfortable, very clean, everything you need, host was excellent with communication. I was visiting family at the hospital. (General) I didn’t want to drive. 35 minute walk from property. Used google maps to walk there. Not far from coming off the motorway so very straightforward. Definitely stay again.

A bit confusing with the postcode and my satnav. Ended up driving past it a few times.

Size of rooms, good living/kitchen space. Had everything we needed. Useful white goods in terms of dishwasher, washing machine/dryer. Main bedroom was a good size and had an en suite. Surrounding area felt safe.

Very tiny niggles that would just improve what is already there - oven gloves, towel hooks on back of door.
