This hotel is 1 of the best in the city center. The bed is big. The bathroom Large and comfyi. Coffee Maker. And all u need is there. All this under control of magnificent laby mis monndice..u are 10of10

Outstanding assistance from Sian. She helped us on several occasions and was also very courteous. Very comfortable bed and high-quality bed sheets and pillows. The bathroom was very nice. They provided small bottles of a Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc, nice additions to our room. High-quality hotel in a very nice section of Southampton. We tried the breakfast the first morning and had croissants, red and green grapes, strawberries, creamy cherry and strawberry yogurt and granola. You make your own coffee using a magimix coffee make and the coffee was exceptional. They provided milk in the mini refrigerator. They bring up the breakfast on a tray to your room.

There was some smell in the room from a refreshing source.

Breakfast was fresh and delivered in bedroom. Property is located within walking distance from city centre. Extremely polite personel. The bedroom was quite large and very lucent. Overall, very positive experience.

Although breakfast was fresh, it was the same everyday (croissant, marmalade, milk, juice, musli); therefore, it is not enjoyable after the first 2 days. Cleanliness could also improve.

The continental breakfast box they bring to your room in the morning is a nice touch. It’s filled with hot croissants, jams and fruit. The mini bar is complimentary and is also filled with mini bottles of wine, chocolates, soft drinks and milk. There was also a great choice of teas and snacks. Room is very nicely decorated and well equipped. No lift to the superior king rooms, so a few flights of stairs might be tricky for some people. Location is pretty good, shame the AO restaurant has moved as it used to be a few minutes away which is originally why we booked. Staff were very polite and helpful!

The bed was advertised as large (king), but it wasn’t so didn’t actually sleep that well. A shame as it was comfy and nice duvet/pillows.

We stayed at the hotel before our cruise and it was the perfect way to start our vacation. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We loved how charming and trendy the hotel decor was, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

The young guy who checked us in was an absolute delight…..so nice. The room was beautiful and it was the decor that made me book the hotel. Reception area is beautiful. The complimentary wine and items in the room were a real bonus, wasn't expecting that.

For me the only downside was the location. When we took a dander around the streets they looked very run down and lots of derelict buildings and shops. Not sure which end of town it is in but in the evening when we ventured out for dinner there were lots of groups of people about and all seemed to be very young student age. Fine for us for a night coming off the cruise but it would put us off going there as we do love to walk around a lot in any areas we stay in. I know the surrounding areas are out of your control but i was very happy to be returning to the hotel after dinner (-;

The staff was very friendly and professional and the room and bathroom were well decorated, spacious and well equipped. Our room had a nice full size sofa and a desk. There was a mini-fridge with complimentary water, soda and wine and some snacks. There was also a Nepresso machine with a milk frother and a pot to make hot water for tea. A very nice continental breakfast was included and brought to your room at the time you designated. China, glasses, silverware and napkins were also present in the room. The fluffy bathrobes and slippers were a nice touch and the bathroom has a large shower, a heated towel rack and complimentary toiletry items. The location was within walking distance of the park, the theater, shopping, the waterfront and plenty of restaurants.

We enjoyed everything about our stay.

Gorgeous rooms and very attentive & helpful staff, we had an issue with the WiFi which was rectified with the utmost professionalism and speed.
