I stay here quite a lot and like the fact there are cooking facilities too. As well as somewhere to sleep

Easy check-in, great location, clean studio room. Great value for money - second stay here and would stay again!

Shower drain was a bit blocked so water would pool at feet when showering. Noise from street but expected given area

the building that the rooms are in it a lovely place the rooms were the perfect size with the small hob and oven it's was great that they provided tea and coffee a small tv on the wall plus all the items you needed to cope the room needed a bit of work doing to.it but I spoke with the staff online and they explained to me that every room is going to be painted and repair damaged the security on the room doors was excellent plus having the cameras all around the inside of the building as well as outside it's just a shame other people who stayed there didn't keep the noise down with door banging but other than that I would recommend anyone who is either working and needs somewhere to stay or a.break for different people

there is nothing that I can say that I disliked about the room or the staff

For a solo trip to visit as many Titanic related locations in Southampton, it was great. PS Apartments were in constant communication via Whatsapp, and the flat was less than a 10 minute walk from Southampton Central station. The kitchenette was equipped with toaster, kettle, fridge, two-ring hob, pots and pans, and cleaning utensils, plus tea/coffee/sugar sachets. The bathroom was clean, accessible and it came with complimentary toiletries, which smelt lovely! Plus, the shower was easy to use. The double bed was comfy, and there was a lift to the 2nd floor which was great after being on my feet all day, with luggage as well.

The location is great, but because it is next to the high street, I was woken each night around 1am/3am by drunken idiots. Nothing I could do except close the window and go back to sleep. Not the apartments fault.

Well laid out apartment, functional with amenities and utensils, nice touch having washing up liquid and a sponge for dishes. Central location ideal for Guildhall, restaurants and shops etc. Lift was a plus, good sound insulation between apartments, communication from PS Apartments was great, door codes sent via WhatsApp and clear instructions so no issues there. Good clean bedding and towels provided.

Decor/furniture looking a little tatty and perhaps the apartment could benefit from a deep clean but towels and bedding were all clean so minor issues really.

The location was amazing so close to everything we needed. The size of the apartment was superb, there was a lift allowing us access without having to climb loads of stairs with bags etc. It was really really clean and tidy. It had everything we needed, an iron, a hairdryer, a kettle, an oven, hobs and a toaster.

We were left 1 toilet roll for our stay. We had booked for 2 adults for 3 nights and felt this could've been better this was also the same case with the tea and coffee - just not enough. We did message to ask for more and got 1 tea bag left and 2 sugars so just went and bought some ourselves. The shower would flit between hot and cold throughout the duration of the shower which was not the nicer of experiences. The TV needed to be turned off from the plug everytime you wanted to watch something. A microwave would be an added bonus

Great location for Marina as well as centre! Clean and comfortable bed.

Just needs a lick of paint on walls and woodwork but overall fine

Location was good; easy walk to restaurants and . It did get a bit loud at night, but we were warned ahead of time. The host was quick to respond to issues. Space was good. The kitchenette was good. Had a working elevator.

Bed was only fair. There was a water leak from the ceiling caused by using the shower that the host addressed quickly and was repaired the same day. The floor was very dirty. Was a bit warm and there was no fan or air conditioning.

Very clean, easy, no contact access. Had difficulty finding the entrance and response via WhatsApp was quick and helpful. Location is excellent close to West Quay. Amenities provided were good heater in case it was cold and a (much needed) fan for when it was hot

A bit loud due to work being done nearby, however the windows were sufficient at keeping the noise out when shut. The shower had a tendency to switch between warm and very hot, but tolerable. Options for entertainment were limited, only digital TV with poor sound and video quality, however this would not be too much of an issue with a laptop and hdmi cable.
