Beautiful spa and bar package is included in room price, as well as karaoke and lounge room. Room is larger then most rooms of a same price in the city. It;s really a love hotel, so the atmosphere is very romantic, but, please, don't expect European kind of breakfast, it's Japanese hotel, many things are just different.

It's not a disadvantage, but the hotel is really not for kids, please, consider it adult-only

As like all the bali style hotels in japan, free drink bar, lots of amenites, love all the lotions and skin cares they provide in the bathroom and one thing i love the most is the hair curler. Smart TV and can watch netflix and youtube. Just very convenient and worth the value

There's smoke smell in all over the room. it's the disadvantage of these kind of hotel that you can't avoid. It might not matter to other people but it does bother me a lot since i dont smoke. Also the room is a lot smaller than most of the bali style hotels i have stayed. I barely have enough space to open my luggage

I thought the miso soup they provided in the lobby was actually very good! Honestly out of the 3 hotels I stayed at it was the best! The 24/7 self serve liquor on the first floor and free bath ammentities was definitely the highlight. My girlfriend and I stayed at 3 different hotels during our stay. If you don't mind that it is a "love hotel" then this is for sure a recommendation from me. It had a lot of character and the staff were extremely kind and helpful.

Staff is super friendly & supportive - they even have a translator box at the desk. Plenty of cosmetics were provided, lot of free services incl. drinks & snacks. All signs are in Japanese & Englisch. Close to ikebukuro station and nightlife

The area is a bit shady. Hotel can also be used as a love/ „hour hotel“ which was a bit weird for European culture. But when you don t know about it you don t recognize at all! So it was not negative or weird for us. We would book it again

Upon arrival we had been allocated a smoking room that was very small, we asked for a non-smoking room, and had to pay to upgrade, but it was certainly worth the little amount extra per night as the room was noticeably bigger, with more amenities. The free self-service bar was nice, as were the free massage chairs after a long day walking around. The large range of free toiletries was fun to browse through.

There were breakfast items available, but only from 10am onwards, which seemed strange. There was no public bath, only some private jacuzzi rooms, but these didn't appeal and seemed a little depressing.

Very inclusive booking. clean, including free alcohol and snacks, amenities in reception. I was not aware this is a LOVE HOTEL when I booked, and nearly cancelled after realising, but had already paid. I wish it had been more clearly advertised. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience.

The key has to be returned every time you leave, and having to repeatedly explain that I am not checking out of a love hotel room but am simply going out for the day and returning later becomes annoying. Difficult to come and go the way one would from other accomodation.

This hotel was a highlight of our vacation. Decor is cheesy but fun. We came on a couples trip and loved the dry sauna, open air hot tub, playing darts, and all the freebies in the lobby. Staff is so friendly and helpful!! Hotel is super clean - constantly saw housekeeping in the hallways. Room is generously sized for Tokyo. Free alcohol and snacks 24 hrs! Close to the train station, tons of great restaurants, the Tokyo Metropolitan Theater, and Global Ring Theatre (which has different free theater performances and local vendors on the weekends). Highly recommended!!

Area has a bunch of girlie bars, which may be intimidating if you’re traveling as a solo female (but a plus if you’re a single male…lol).

The service was amazing. Very friendly staff. The location was very close to some convenience stores and close to a train station. The lobby is very comfortable and great airconditioning. The room had a blutetooth speaker and chromecast build into the tv. There is an open bar for guests with basically every drink you could dream of. It's really clean and the room was very well cleaned during our stay. My boyfriend could speak Japanese but for me everything was available in English and the staff speaks English as well!

Amazing offering in the reception and bar, lots of complimentary beauty products and open bar where you can help yourself. Staff were always warm and friendly. The decor is very nice and it's a relaxing environment. The room was clean and comfortable though small. There's a great selection of premium bath products. Our room was cleaned every day.

The room was very small, it's probably worth upgrading if you're staying a while.
