Well, I spent two nights there, Friday and Saturday night. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows are great. The TV was very easy to work!! Which is a huge plus for hotels. The staff was very nice and accommodating and even let me checked in at 11:45 AM which I can't tell you how much I appreciated The only issue that I had the first night was that my key were not open my door. Turns out the battery was dead in the door. Your part-time maintenance man came. I think his name is Marcello. He was very gracious, apologetic for my inconvenience, and had to do some minor repairs that took 10 minutes. During that time he and I talked about a lot of stuff from our families to sports and he was just a very very nice guy. Turns out this his is second job that he is working to try to earn some more money so he can buy a home. The complementary breakfast was very nice and above average for other complementary breakfast that I've seen. I am thankful that I got the survey because I wanted to let you know just how much I appreciated your hospitality this past weekend. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone. You asked if I had any complaints or if there's something perhaps that you might be able to better? I would say no. I can tell that this is a very well run hotel, and it shows.

Clean, quiet, new and modern with very comfortable beds. Nice staff, good gym and pool and good breakfast. Very well maintained and convenient. We stayed in many during a recent US trip and this was the best across the board in its price category.

The location in the middle of a commercial district with a mall and shops around it, but for a short stay that was ok. (The location was convenient for driving with good access to highways.)

Breakfast was a nice addition-- I went down and grabbed coffee and some items for my family. The oatmeal was delicious and the food buffet was really clean. The room itself was nice-- good space for my family of 4.

We booked the hotel room to do a night "away" with the kids, particularly to use the pool. My even husband called to make sure the pool was open-- when we arrived, we were able to swim before dinner. The next morning when we went down to use the pool (the whole reason for our stay) the pool was closed and was being drained... I wouldn't care except that we called to ensure that it was open. My kids were really disappointed, especially since we were all suited up and wearing floaties already!

We are Disney travelers. Disney, to us, offers the best of the best when it comes to their guests. So, we are always looking for that Disney experience when we travel outside of Disney. Residence Inn Burlington has that. From the location to the Cleanliness of everything, and we are always welcomed by the staff, both at the front desk and the breakfast crew. This is why we ALWAYS stay here when we’re in Massachusetts.

Leaving is always difficult

The space and cleanliness! Excellent service especially the reception staff. Location is near to everything!

It’ll be helpful if electric kettle can be provided. Reception staff asked me to use a pot to boil water and he didn’t know what is a kettle even showing a picture!

The room was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and has everything for make us feel like as we are home. Breakfast options are really good if you can have it in the hotel or to go if you are in a rush.

Minor detail ..... the whute light in the entrance/ kitchen and a not so friendly face at the front desk whe I did the check in.

The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. There wasn’t a hint of mold or mildew in the bathroom and the carpet and sofa were grunge free. We appreciated the clean minimalist lines in the hotel room, the separate spaces for sleeping, lounging, and eating in the studio, and the updated bathroom. All of the hotel staff were courteous and professional and the location felt safe, in addition to being convenient to restaurants and highways.

It would have been nice if there had been an extra blanket or coverlet, in addition to the sheets, for the sofa bed. Many of the hot breakfast selections ran out about fifty minutes before the end of breakfast and there were limited gluten free options.

Breakfast was AMAZING for a hotel buffet. Also appreciated the dining room where we ate. Loved the decor objects in the wall! Would have liked COX news. Also missing were any maps of the area. Loved choice of TV channels.

It was close to the mall just what I wanted to be walking distance for my family was a great weekend

There was a burnt smell when you went into the room maybe the person before us cooks something to long I'm not sure.

We were attending a family event at a restaurant next to the hotel so the location was ideal. Our room was ready when we arrived, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient. Morning breakfast had a nice variety.
