The room was exceptionally clean. We had a plate of fruits in the room, complementary water and a gift with ice tea and sneakers from the reception. Cozy bathrobe and soft bed and pillows. Also a free extra bed for the child. We booked half board and we had also a snack bar at 4 p.m. The food was good, local with plenty of options, rice, fish, salad bar, and more. Water was included, coffee and tea. Milk in the morning. It has 5 pools. Two for kids 100 m depth and 40 m depth. And two thermal one indoor and one outdoor. The fifth is not heated, outside. One sauna and a steam room. Didn't tried the massage. We had an oriental dance show and face painting and a cartoon for kids.

The pool was thermal but with a brown color that I didn't want to try. Maybe some filters can prevent this. Also the sauna was dirty. The noise can be heard from the room and you can hear from the neighbors.

The welcome we received was exceptional, and the staff were obliging to our every request. We were greeted at reception with a sweet gift for my daughter and were upgraded from a family room to a suit on check-in. The hotel aesthetically is modern and spacious. A basket of fruit was delivered to our room on arrival, and because as a family, we enjoy spa breaks, we quickly realised that we had chosen the right place for fitness, rest, and relaxation. Whilst at the Ramada, we enjoyed our time spent in the authentic mineral baths, the hammam with massages, and our unforgettable hot air ballooning experience, which was kindly arranged at a discounted rate by the hotel staff. We look forward to staying at this Ramada again next year.

Located a little distance from the main strip, but found it was a short taxi ride (200tl) into Pamukkale for dinner or to the entry gates to see the historic sites. We didn't have a smart tv in the room, but there was plenty to entertain us in and around the hotel.

Good Location Good and Helpful Staff

Rooms looked old, had a really strong sewer / vomit smell coming from the toilets. Hotel in general was expensive but not worth the stay.

I did like nothing about this hotel. I can only say something positive about cleaning was only OK

Sound isolation was horrible. There was a live music next to the pool until 11pm. We were hearing the music like the band inside the room. The hotel reception did not care our complaints and did not stop the music until 11pm. Reception said this is normal here and it is the concept of the hotel. This information that you can’t find anywhere until you go there and experience it. So if you want to rest in this hotel, it is impossible anytime. Secondly , the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen in Turkey . So-called 5 stars hotel shouldn’t serve cheapest bread from the grocery in the breakfast, look at the picture I shared here. Rest of the buffet ingredients for breakfast was very low quality.
